Lovely rooms and location.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Beds were very comfy, rooms were very spacious and hotel was in such a good location.

Cons:

Parking was immensely expensive and so we had to park our car in a location 15 minutes away.
Food menu was limited and different to the one on the website.

Good for families in a central location
Pros:

Room size and comfort. Central location. Not noisy at all.

Cons:

Since the restaurant was busy (it has only a few tables and it was Friday night), we used a camera service and ordered online. Although the online order form said the food would take 20 minutes, it actually took about an hour. More clarity on the timing would be best.

For a four star hotel, I would never stay there again
Pros:

Not a lot

Cons:

No hot water at all in the evening so I could not have a bath after a long travelling both for cleaning and relaxation. The receptionist was extremely rude and disinterested at the fact that I told her I had not hot water and said she would call maintenance. I informed her I would not be staying a second night so she just shrugged her shoulders. When I went to hand in my key she said in a very bored voice I hope you enjoyed your stay and then remembered the water. I informed her that not only was the water a problem but so was her manner and attitude. She was not happy with these comments.

Will definitely stay again
Pros:

Amazing location and underground parking. Room was very comfortable and there was free wifi to use. We had a drink at the bar while we waited for our room to be ready which was really nice. Staff were all really helpful.

Cons:

Nothing major - however our tea/coffee/milk hadn't been refreshed for our stay so I had to go and ask for some but that was sorted straight away.

Everything I would expect of a good hotel
Pros:

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Good sized room. Great breakfast and availability of evening meals in ground floor restaurant.

Cons:

Nothing not too like. Would happily stay here again.
