Needs soundproof windows due to noisy road
Pros:

I could not sleep in this hotel because the windows are not properly soundproofed. The traffic noise from the road outside was extremely loud throughout the night. This was very disappointing, especially as every other hotel of this star rating that I have stayed in has had effective soundproof windows.

It is a real let-down and gives the impression that Novotel does not adequately care about the impact of road noise on guests’ comfort. A good night’s sleep is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and in this case the poor quality of the windows seriously affected my experience.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Leeds city centre
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was superb! Such an enjoyable stay. Room 225 was spacious and well equipped, with a very comfy bed! Breakfast area was lovely, with breakfast options plentiful. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Well done to all the staff and management!

Great location, nice staff, just the cleanliness of the sofa bed led to allergy of my son.

A very good few nights away
Pros:

The room was very nice and spacious, comfy bed and pillows big Tv ,iron and ironing board , fridge, coffee machine and kettle, comfy sofa, plenty of wardrobe space, lovely clean bathroom the staff in the restaurant was very helpful with gluten free diet needs and the food was good, the train station is really close so not far to walk if travelling by train.

Cons:

one of the lifts did not stop at floor 5 so had to wait for the other lift, One side the USB charging ports did not work at the side of the bed

Overnight stay for theatre trip
Pros:

The location is great as it is near to the railway station and city centre. Room was comfortable and clean and we were able to check in early which we really appreciated. Breakfast was very good and every single member of staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Carla the lovely Portuguse lady

Nice hotel in a good location with parking
Pros:

The first room we were allocated had a very unpleasant sewer smell. We returned to reception who immediately moved us up several floors to a lovely room. Very happy. Nice bar and although we didn't eat there the restaurant looked nice. There was underground parking and we were lucky to actually find a space, very limited but if you can get it fantastic.

Had to book last minute due to an emergency hospital admission. Only executive room available available in the 3rd.night

Cons:

The cost of parking. £18 for 24hours. Compared to another central hotel charging of £8 per 24 hours

Pros:

We loved our stay there! The location was great, and having easy parking made things so convenient. Despite being central, the room was incredibly quiet—I couldn't hear any noise at all. To top it off, the staff were so nice, and they served a great breakfast. It was the perfect stay.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway.
Pros:

Easy check in with lovely staff.
Nice clean cosy comfortable rooms.
Catered for gluten free needs really well in the restaurant, they were very helpful , food was gorgeous and plentiful.
Would definitely stay here again.
