Top customer service by reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff and others we came across. Clean rooms, safe and secure, well equipped, really comfortable bed and pillows. Great value for money.
The soba water look dirty.. I did not feel to go in. Spa was ok

The air con was making noise for 5 minutes every half hour, the creepy thing is my room air con did not turn on at all. I stayed awake whole night and my sons had been waken up three times. Gave call to reception at midnight and told me could not do anything that can help, I had to wait till next day. But me and my family only stayed one night. So disappointed about the service.

Everything thank you
Very well equipped, spacious room that was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has excellent facilities, including a very nice yakitori restaurant. It also has its own hot pools to enjoy.
The parking. They have a smart security gate that has license plate recognition, technology is a wonderful thing but this was a bit of a shambles as you had to be pretty much on 2m away from the camera for it to read the plate accurately, too close or too far way it wouldn't read...and every day of our stay, there was a queue of cars struggling to get in/out, people calling reception for help, getting out of their cars to give receive advice...how hard would it be to paint a line on the ground with a sign 'stop here' in the right spot to get the plate read accurately.
Customer service and the people were friendly and accommodating. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and have been staying at the Distinction most of the time in the last 10 years. Breakfast was amazing to start the day and accommodation was great! We didn't have an opportunity to use the pool because the weather was windy when we had time, but we will next visit!

The Pool and Jacuzzi was so unclean. There was rocks in the Jacuzzi which cut my child's leg. The staff clueless how to deal with it. The room was so old and the heater was not working well. The buffet breakfast so average.

Had to move to a seperate room due to the shower not working, wasn’t aware of the $200 deposit when booking as it wasn’t clearly stated before checking in. Was told funds will be released upon check out but funds still not received after 10 hours.
Room was good for what we paid and the breakfast was good aswell with a decent selection of food and drinks
