Nice clean tidy place .great staff very friendly.
Having a 200 charge to visa then finding out it takes up to 20 days to return it times are hard enough without this after paying for the room.
I was told they don't take it but it was taken and now the wait to get it back dissapointing
Pools hot baths breakfast
Mr Yakatori Japanese restaurant, the hot pool, good TV reception, good facilities for setting up and using computer and sound dock
Maybe slightly hotter water temperature in the spa/jacuzzi
Absolutely nothing
Our rooms heat pump didn't work. The curtain was half hanging off the rail. The heated pool and spa was freezing and dirty. Also miles away from the rooms. The lift felt very dodgy to be in. So we didn't even stay. Handed back keys and said forget it. No refund. Waste of our money. Staff were lovely though and understanding. No wonder the car park was empty. It needs bulldozing.
The cave spas
The tv needs an upgrade to smart. Cannot watch Netflix

Room was dark not enough lights and shower pressure very low.
Pools food
We left some clothing in the rooms and I emailed saying I did but they said we didn't and I 100% know it was left
Very disappointed that it wasn't offered to be returned to us and just denied it was there
Buffet breakfast very good. Plenty of variety for most guests. The dinner both nights was excellent and would definitely eat dinner there again.
The property could do with a makeover and or refurbishment as it’s getting a little tired. On the second night I transferred to an executive suite as that was all that was available due to being fully booked. That room was definitely an upgrade in size and quality so was worth paying extra for

You couldn’t have direct access to the car park and as my son has a disability card for parking we couldn’t use it and had to walk through the rain all around the building each time we left and returned
