The floors in the room were absolutely filthy. Our feet were black from the grime on the floor. The refrigerator leaked onto the floor the entire time that we stayed in the room. the furniture for storage was broken. I brought this to the attention of the clerk and a maintenance person came. The only thing that was addressed was the leaky fridge. He put a towel on the floor in front of it to catch the water. Also the description of the room stated that a kitchenette was in the room. The stove in the room was not even connected to power. We were not able to cook in the room, only used the microwave.
Manager corrected my reservation, I didn’t realize my gf had to been on the reservation as primary to use her credit card ,

It's having a freshen up some rooms will be fresh and new some like ours will be old looking and due it. But eventually it should be fresh and modern
Paid extra for early check in but was not ready. Cleaning lady was still cleaning the room after 3pm. Room was dirty, floor was dirty, spider web hanging over the bed
