Rezervarea mi-a fost anulata de proprietate

Cons:

Am facut rezervare la acest hotel in ziua in care trebuia sa ajung. Desi am primit mesj ca rezervarea a fost confirmata, proprietatea mi-a anulat rezervarea pe motiv ca "camera nu este garantata, desi este rezervata". Am aflat cand am ajuns la cazare cu doi copiii mici ca nu avem camera. Ei au anulat rezervarea cu 2-3 ore inainte ca noi sa ajungem la proprietate.Nu recomand acest hotel, mi se pare inadmisibil sa ajungi la cazare si sa te trezesti ca nu ai camera.
