Comfortable sleep until woken up by man calling for help

Location, room size, desk, comfortable bed, hot breakfast

Cons:

At 3am, loud ‘animal’ noises woke us up, it sounded like a goat honestly, but a door opened and a man started crying out for ‘Help!’ I called the front desk, and they said they were taking care of it. In the morning, the checkout staff said they had no knowledge of what happened. My mind fills with conjecture-none good.

A decent hotel to stay if you are intended for a overnight stop
Pros:

Though the interior of the hotel is not new, they have maintained it very clean.

Cons:

Though the hotel offers free breakfast, the staff working there should focus on the guest best interest, the counter closes at 9 and the staff started to pull out the items at 8.45, leaving both who were already dining with lesser option and those who made it at last minute were left with coffee.
