Pros:

The location

Cons:

The room was musty.
Construction was happening on the road which created a lot of noise really early in the morning.
Staff didn’t notify of construction noise. Staff wasn’t aware that construction changed traffic pattern so parking directions were useless.

Très bien situé, spacieux
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est super, il permet de faire énormément de choses à pieds et la navette de l’aéroport arrive aux pieds de l’hôtel. Le studio est grand, la literie est confortable et la cuisine est très utile. Je recommande pour un séjour à Montréal!

Cons:

Il devrait y avoir au minimum du liquide vaisselle, une éponge, de l’huile d’olive et plus de papiers toilette (étant donné que le ménage n’est fait qu’une fois pendant la semaine). Parce qu’autrement, c’est un peu rudimentaire et nous avons du acheter tout cela.

1.有的服務員有點冷淡 2.房間小客廳的燈光偏暗 如能增加照明 會提升滿意度 3.浴缸涂漆脫落 以致不敢泡澡

It was even better than we thought it would be.
Pros:

The closeness to Old Montreal was great, but the service provided by the staff was even better. They were friendly and helpful not only in the use of the facilities but in getting used to a culture that was not familiar to us.

Localisation et service top
Pros:

La localisation est parfaite pour faire le vieux-Montréal, le quartier des arts et même allé au vieux port. On a pu faire beaucoup de chose à pied.
Le personnel est super sympa, les chambres très confortables et les services proposés sont vraiment bien. La laverie gratuite nous a été très utile et la salle de sport était bien équipé.

Many great amenities. Just some issues with plumbing.
Pros:

The amenities were plentiful. I enjoyed having the benefits of basically an apartment but in a hotel type of stay.

Cons:

The toilets were very old so every day or so it'd clog so we'd have to call the help desk at some point in the day or night depending on when we'd be back in our hotel.
