“Adequate” is what comes to mind. Not unpleasant but also not the nicest property.
Pros:

Good location near China town and St. Catherine’s. Comfy bed. AC in bedroom. Windows open! Well equipped Kitchen. Everything in the room works! Good shower pressure. Nice reclining chair. Work space in suite. Free WiFi. Free coffee in lobby. Nice gym. Large business center. BBQ and small appliances. Underground parking (for a fee). Very polite and helpful staff. Very clean.

Cons:

Worn (most furniture is scuffed, carpet has lots of snags, tile is cracked and unattractive,etc.) Dated. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Not enough stools at counter.

Nice stay, good location
Pros:

Great location,with plenty of restaurants and a big shopping centre within the vicinity, and the Old town just a walk away.
Kitchenette is fully equipped. Staff is very friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Rooms are dated and could do with a little refresh.

Mon séjour était agréable ,la raison qui me pousse à retourner et renouveler mon séjour

Il y a un effort considérable fournit par l équipe de réception de jour et nuit exp: MR Daniel,Melle Céline ,les autres membres dont je ne connaît pas les prénoms ainsi que MR le superviseur ,qui sont à l’écoute.

Pros:

Bien situé, à 20 min à pied du vieux Montréal. Personnel sympathique. Logement spacieux. Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner.

Cons:

Il manquait des choses dans la cuisine : produit vaisselle, pas assez de couverts pour 6 personnes. Seulement 2 chaises de bar.
Le canapé lit n'est pas hyper confortable mais ok pour nos 2 nuits.

Pros:

Hotel St. Laurent is not fancy but the room we stayed in was spacious with a fully functional kitchen, a full-sized fridge, and a comfortable living room. The location is excellent, very close to the airport bus (747) and a short walk to the metro station (Berri) and all of Old Montreal. The outdoor courtyard is a great place to relax for the evening.

Pros:

The hotel staff were nice and helpful.
The room was cleaned and when we arrived found out we had been upgraded. Which was a lovely surprise.

Cons:

The location wasn't what I had expected.
I had younger kids with me and the area wasn't the best for their ages.

Pros:

The room was clean and nice. A nice touch was that the AC was already running when I entered, it was really great after being outside in the heat. The view from the bedroom was also very stunning (I could see the Ferris wheel).
I will most likely book this hotel again when I visit Montreal!
