The location was amazing
Beds were so comfortable, close to stations and walking to distance to festival. Staffed 24/7 for questions and free laundry onsite.
The service was great! They upgraded me to a junior executive suite from the king roo. I reserved due to a housekeeping issue. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of downtown and old Montreal. It's location was close to all the tourist spots in the city and the jazz festival venues. They have their own parking garage at a reasonable per day price.
You get housekeeping only if you stay more than a week. You can get supplies, sheets and towels on request.
The location is convinient and the size of the room is decent.
My main issue with this hotel is their room cleaning policy or more accurately their room non-cleaning policy.
Upon arrival the hotel management surprised us with their "rule" of one housekeeping cleaning per week.
This bizzare unheard of "rule" is nowhere to be found in the hotel listing so perspective guests have no chance
of making an informed decision. Furthermore even with this "rule" in place for a nine night stay you should
get at least two cleanings as there are seven days in a week usually. Not at this hotel apparently as the
management was adamant about keeping the room dirty no matter what. That was a great disappointment.
Hôtel très bien situé et pratique. Bonne literie
Location
Very basic
Price was cheaper than most hotels on the area
The room is not clean, the hotel lobby is disgustingly dirty and stuffy and smelly. The elevators were horrible. The staff is unfriendly. The hotel is noisy
