Beautiful property. Easy check-in. Friendly front desk person. Reasonable price.
We didn’t realize breakfast ended at 9:30. We got there about 9:15 with three small children. We got the two older kids their breakfast while their dad held the baby. The doors were shut at 9:30 exactly so dad didn’t get to eat. Our fault. We should have checked the hours.
Breakfast food was hot and plentiful. Chuck the chef was very friendly and helpful in finding things.
We absolutely loved the food and Chuck, the chef, he was so personable and very accommodating. He always had a smile on his face :)
It's was a awesome 3 days pool , breakfast, rooms , snack time and the customer service we received from Lexie was 5 stars i hope she is their when we come back . We traveled from TEXAS to see family thanks for the best stay yet.
I have stayed on numerous work trips at the Embassy Suites Louisville East. Shelbie, Angela, Elisha, and Trent are a huge part of what brings myself and coworkers to this location when traveling to Louisville, KY. They make the evenings a highly enjoyable experience each trip with great food and conversations.
Bam, O'Neil and Dianne were so welcoming and friendly. The whole weekend was better than expected. The staff and facilities were fantastic. Thank you for all the hard work you did for our association.
