Worth the money.
Pros:

I liked the location and staff, breakfast was ok. They clean the room every day.

Cons:

The breakfast area is way too small for the number of guests. There were towels laying on the hallway floor.

The hotel needs to be updated for the price charged
Pros:

The location was great. Close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The area was perfect if you did not want to drive to the shopping mall.

Cons:

Lobby was dated; exterior was in poor condition. The carpet in the hallway was stained on the 2nd floor where my room was located. Guest was putting soiled towels in the hallway. Staff was made aware by several guest to no avail.

Cons:

Do café da manhã, estava horrível, acabou quase tudo (ovos, pães, suco de laranja e outros) e a pessoa do hotel responsável pela reposição foi extremamente mal educada com os hóspedes que perguntavam sobre repor os alimentos.
Não comi nada, apenas tomei um café.

Location and clean

Cons:

First day we put a “do not disturb” sign on the door. Days 2 and 3 sign was removed but our room was never checked or cleaned. We had to ask for clean linens and took out our own trash that was overflowing .

Nice Location, very pricy for the rest.

Bathroom dirty, need detailing clean. Breakfast was ok - coffee very week. Swimming Pool is very outdated and neglected, not the feeling you want to use it.

We would stay again but I definitely expect our room to get cleaned.
Pros:

I did like the breakfast and the pool. The dove soaps were great too.

Cons:

Our room was never cleaned. When we got back it was still the same way we left it and we had some diapers we had to throw away so the whole room smelled. Also we felt like the first night was hot cause the ac kept turning on and off and we couldn’t adjust it. The bathtub was dirty or at least had mold.

2nd worse place I’ve stayed at, mainly due to staff and management acting like they don’t care.
Cons:

Significant noise issues 3 out of 5 nights. Staff tried to deal with it. Multiple guests complaining. I requested a Mgr contact me and it never happened. Kids being rough in pool and about to destroy hotel property. Reported it to staff. They said they already reported it to management and that the management didn’t seem to care. So the kids continued to create safety issues with metal chairs halfway in pool and jumping off them while others were trying to enjoy the pool but instead had to dodge metal chairs.
