Convenient, budget-friendly, and family-oriented with a great location, though a few maintenance and housekeeping issues
Pros:

The location was the biggest highlight of our stay. The hotel was conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, family entertainment, and the beach. Everything we wanted to do was within about 5–15 minutes, which made traveling with family very easy. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning, which was a great value and a convenient way to start our day before heading out to explore Destin.

Cons:

Housekeeping was somewhat inconsistent during our stay. We also noticed stains on our bedsheets upon arrival the first night, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was a plumbing issue that caused the toilets to stop flushing for about half a day, creating an inconvenience for guests.

Not a good experience.

Cons:

The Front desk staff are not so friendly. They won’t consider you an early check in . They will charge you even it is almost 12 noon. They didn’t recognize our genius status in booking.com. The bed is sagging. They didn’t return right away the security deposit after we checked out. They don’t have coffee machine in our room even it was a King size suite room. They don’t have fruits in breakfast.
