Whilst in some ways this is a standard hotel, it does everything well. Our room felt new and luxurious, the restaurants and bars were great, including a fantastic breakfast buffet and the staff were all lovely.
The hotel was great but it’s not an area we would have felt comfortable walking around at night.

Unfortunately, the value of the stay did not match the money paid due specially the lunch (at room brochure pay 75000, the receipt 90000 per pac)

The hotel did not meet my expectations. For $200, I got a small, claustrophobic room that no longer meets the current standards for a hotel of this class. The hotel is in need of further renovations. The exterior, in particular, could really use a fresh coat of paint, as it looks quite tired and worn. It currently feels a bit neglected and outdated.
It was okay but not up to my expectations of a sheraton hotel. Little things like instant coffee and no milk were a disappointment
I ordered a cake from their bakery and it's safe to say they did not disappoint. The cake looked amazing and was moist, taste was spot on and it was the perfect addition to the birthday celebration! I'm definitely going to be ordering again! 👌🏼

Service is very slow. Poor customer care
The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center and also close to the ferry to Zanzibar. We could also walk a little bit to see the main attractions. Rooms were big enough and clear. Staff was very nice and helpful. We could even watch the World Cup final on the TV in our room. They also offered fruits and water in the room. The Seafood Bar was a very good option for the dinner with acceptable prices.
We stayed only for one night. Everything was ok for such a short stay.
The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance from the ferry and other tourist attractions. It is very clean, the meals are great, and the staff are exceptional - they went above and beyond, decorated the room beautifully for our anniversary, and gave us the best. We truly enjoyed our stay.
