Best option for Dar
Pros:

Very good hotel well located in Dar’s CBD. Efficient service if slow, and the staff at times could be more friendly. However the hotel is in excellent condition, is well appointed and includes a pool and two restaurants. Excellent breakfast.

Although I usually choose this place for my Dar es Salaam stays, it's starting to get frustrating to experience inconsistencies in my bookings. The room given to me after check-in was practically the size of a single room. When I went down to the lobby to explain this, I was told it was because I had booked a standard room. I then asked them to check if it had always been the same as my previous reservations, and that I had paid more for this one. Firstly they request money I didn’t accept it. After checking, they moved me to another room. This room was nice, yes, but it wasn't clean. The bathrobe in the bathroom was disheveled. The bed wasn't properly made. We were very tired, so we just lay there and didn't want to complain again. There was nothing in the toilet area to use for hygiene. I don't understand what religion dictates that there's no hygiene after using the toilet. This needs to be fixed immediately. Attention should be paid to bathroom cleanliness; I didn't see any.

These stays are not befitting the quality of this hotel, and management must address this immediately. My two-day stay in Dar es Salaam was an even worse experience. The hotel standards are deteriorating with each stay.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel in dar es salam. Excellent service.

We had a lovely stay in may. From start to finish the staff really took care of us. Amazing food and great facilities overall

Gutes Hotel als Stadthotel für die Besichtigung von Dar es Salaam .
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super komfortable Lage. Insgesamt ist es aber etwas in die Jacke gekommen. Der Innenbereich mit dem Pool war nicht besonders schön.

Cons:

Die sehr gute Lage vom Fährhafen sowie allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Das Bad wurde erneuert.

Overall we had a wonderful stay and the staff especially at reception were absolutely amazing.
Pros:

There is a good selection of breakfast items. I liked the fresh fruit and the coffee

Pros:

Everything about it was of high standard, including the staff too. Services were impeccable. The location was superb and of close proximity to my conference center (JNICC). I'd definitely choose it again.
