Pros:

The Location as well the staff were exceptional! The resturant staff were so accommodating and Rashid thrives in his work.

Overall we had a wonderful stay and the staff especially at reception were absolutely amazing.
Pros:

There is a good selection of breakfast items. I liked the fresh fruit and the coffee

Cons:

I think for someone who is used to english breakfast there were not many options

Pros:

Everything about it was of high standard, including the staff too. Services were impeccable. The location was superb and of close proximity to my conference center (JNICC). I'd definitely choose it again.
