The manager and staff were accommodating.

Cons:

The first room we were placed in had hairs in the tub. Everything else looked clean but the mattress wasn't comfortable. There was noise from the parking lot where motorcycles parked under the canopy and also from adjoining rooms. The manager did move us to a better room. There was a few hairs on the shower walls but not as many as in the first tub but everything else was clean. The bed was much more comfortable. The blow dryer wouldn't get very hot so they gave me a 2nd one but it only worked on low and then they gave me a 3rd one and it worked fine. The staff did try to make it better but I didn't enjoy my stay after I only got a small amount of sleep. I think the manager was trying to accommodate the cyclists because of impending rain but the noise was bad when they started up the next morning. Not good for the rest of us trying to sleep.

A very pleasant stay!
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was wonderful- variety, constantly replenished, attractive displays. Loved the patio tables.
Also liked that the hotel was conveniently located on the main roadway. We will definitely stay again when in Cherokee.

Cons:

Beds could have been a little larger and more comfortable. We had a room with 2 double beds. Queens would have been preferable.

Had a great stay loved the check out time at 12pm lobed how close it was to the casino I literally walked there

Love the location and will stay again
Pros:

Great location
Just need to focus on the cleaning personal.
Meaning the room we rec. we check in between 6-7, rooms was ready, but missing items in the room.
Soap for washing hands, no extra tissue. Nothing major. Just a little more paying attention to detail.

Cons:

Staff not eating in front of guess or the check in table. Staff not informing you what’s offered. Pool hours, breakfast times. Check us in and no other information giving. Staff needs more training. How to talk to guess.

It was okay. But due to the location I paid 200 percent more than I normally pay.
