Très bien
Pros:

Chambre très propre et très agréable.
La climatisation est impeccable.
Rapport qualité prix très bon.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas totalement prêt à 06h30, dommage car nous n’avons pas eu accès à tout.

Pros:

Super hotel bien . Les chambres sont bien équipées. Frigo , air co silencieux, lit confortable fontaine a eau dans le couloir . Le personnel est très sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Prima hotel voor één overnachting maar niet meer.
Pros:

We hadden een ruime en fijne kamer. Ook de ligging was prettig: het centrum ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar voldeed prima.

Cons:

Bij aankomst bleek de kamer sterk naar rook te ruiken. Dit was zo overheersend dat het niet prettig was om in te verblijven. Na dit te hebben gemeld, kregen we gelukkig een andere kamer toegewezen.

De parkeergarage was helaas niet bruikbaar voor onze auto. De doorgang is erg smal, waardoor deze eigenlijk alleen geschikt is voor kleinere auto’s. Uiteindelijk hebben we de auto in de omgeving moeten parkeren met een blauwe schijf.

De douche had ook enkele aandachtspunten. De glijstang zat zo laag dat je er niet goed onder kon staan. Douchen kon alleen in bad en daarbij moest je de douchekop zelf vasthouden.

Daarnaast werkte de airco niet naar behoren. Deze koelde onvoldoende, waardoor het warm bleef op de kamer.

Belle découverte. Si nous revenons sur Lille nous y retournerons

Amabilité et disponibilité du personnel. Chambre très propre. Il y aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement. Belle décoration. Animaux chouchoutés 🤗

Good hotel & nice quiet location
Pros:

Nice selection at breakfast. Brita water filter machines on our floor & tea & coffee available all day in the lobby area.

Convenient location good breakfast, but dated rooms and lack of amenities make it not great value
Pros:

The hotel is very conveniently located directly opposite a tram stop, making it easy to get around. I was also fortunate to have a room at the back of the property, which meant it was quiet despite the busy location. The breakfast was well catered with a good selection, and there was plenty of comfortable seating space in the reception area to relax.

Cons:

The rooms felt dated and in need of maintenance, with visible scuffs on the walls and signs of wear. The bathroom in particular gave an impression of being unclean due to noticeable limescale build-up around the toilet, bath edges, and shower fittings, as well as some worn or discoloured seals. There were also areas, such as around the hairdryer, where dust had accumulated. Lighting in the room was quite dim and could be improved. In terms of value, the room felt lacking for the price, with no kettle or in-room safe provided, which I would normally expect at this rate.
