It served its purpose—a place to sleep after long flights before heading for our cruise ship the next day.?
Pros:

The Big Bus (wildlife tour included) picked us up in the lobby and we could walk to athe Bear’s Paw for dinner and (yikes) Golden Corral for breakfast.

Cons:

it was old, dated and dark while being exorbitantly expensive (welcome to Alaska). It was in a block of similar hotels. I’m sure they were all pretty much the same.

Pros:

Room was big and clean,warm and all we need it was there, coffe, water,tea, we did not wake up for breakfast but you still can buy a chicken salat. The shuttle bus was great. We like it.

Satisfied with stay and centrally located.
Pros:

Easy to get to and back to airport. Easy to navigate; rooms are very spacious.
Shuttle driver was very nice too.

Cons:

The smell of my room. I had to open my window to try to clear it out. Too over powering.

Excellent customer service
Pros:

Front Desk Clerk Faafou did an excellent job and responded immediately to removing four full containers of CBD Gummies on the third floor this evening, 5/22/26. The gummies were reported by another guest. Clerk Faafou is friendly, kind, caring and considerate!

A shame - it could have been so much better.
Pros:

Location. Fabulous front of house staff - she sorted a major problem. Our room was dirty and the bedsheets had not been changed prior to arrival. Our receptionist changed our room promptly.

Cons:

Dirty sheets on our bed in our first room. Nobody cleaned the room for our second night’s stay.

Ms Faafau ensured for cleanliness and healthy room stay at our allergen free request. Our 10 days stayed was so comfortable and your employees ensured we feel safe and comfortable. Thanks again for your exceptional services and top notch employees you have at this location, we felt warm and welcome when traveling and especially in a cold states such as Alaska. Ms. Faafau ensured she never missed to set aside her friendly smile/greetings every time people entered the front door even while she attended guests at her counter.
