Perfect location for a family holiday
Pros:

Fantastic location, excellent breakfast buffet, comfortable room (we had one of the cheaper rooms and it was great). The bathroom was more spacious that I was expecting and everything was clean and well maintained. Being so close to Prater and the metro station is a bonus. The staff were really wonderful and made extra efforts for my child's birthday which was lovely.

Cons:

I didn't realise there was a sauna until our last day so I didn't get to try it.

Would book again!
Pros:

The room had enough space to comfortably unpack and spend some time relaxing between our exploration sessions of Vienna. Very convenient to public transportation, which we used extensively. Close to lots of good eating options.
The breakfast each day was lovely - fresh and with lots of choices. Nice outdoor eating area. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Felt very safe.

Pros:

השהייה הייתה הרבה מעבר לציפיות שלי. החדר היה נקי, נוח, מודרני והרגיש חדש ומפנק. ביחס למחיר ששילמתי ציפיתי לקבל הרבה פחות. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת גם. המלון עצמו קטן ואולד פאשן במובן הטוב והאווירה נעימה. הצוות בקבלה היה יעיל ואדיב מאד. יש תחנת מטרו במרחק 3 דקות הליכה ומשם שתי תחנות לסטפנפלאץ. 5 דקות לתחנת רכבת מרכזית.

Cons:

על איחור של שעה בצ׳ק אאוט גובים תוספת של 10 אירו. זה נאמר לי מראש וזה לא סכום גבוה אבל נשמע לי שאפשר לוותר על זה.
