אני מתארחת כבר 5 שנים במלון. ותמיד הייתי מרוצה . קודם כל מקבלת הפנים ומהשירות. השנה לא הצלחתי להרשם עצמאית אלא דרך בוקינג והיה לי בלבול בסוג החדר . הוא היה לי קטן והרגשתי ממש קלסטופוביה. החדר הוחלף אבל זה לא היה נעים כי היה שם איש צוות לא נחמד . מזל שהיתה אשה אחרת שהיחס שלה היה יותר נעים. הוא דבר כל הזמן על כסף כשמדובר בסהכ ב 10 יןרו ליום שזה סבום קטן, אבל הדרך שדיבר אלי גרמה לי לאי נוחות ותחושת ביזוי. ארוחת בקר היתה כרגיל טובה הניקיון סביר.

התקשורת להרשמה למלון לא היתה נוחה הפעם. כמה שניסיתי לצור קשר ישירטת בוקינג השתלטו על התקשורת, כך שלא הצלחתי לקבל מה שרציתי וזה אכזב אותי. מידי שנה בחדר היו בקבוקי מים, סוכריות, בחוץ קנקן מים.. והפעם איש צוות אחד דיהר רק על כסף. גבו ממני 20 יורו ציק אין מוקדם ועוד 30 עבור שידרוג החדר הכסף התקבל במזומן אבל לא קיבלתי קבלה . גם לצוות לא היה ברור ששילמתי. .. הרגשתי לא נעים מהגישה . חבל כי עד השנה המלום הרגיש חי כמו בית לחזור אליו. אנחנו מגיעים סמוך ליום הנישואין שלנו ב8.9 .. ואני אוהבת את וינה. אבל הפעם התאכזבתי.

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu. Z tyłu parking, nie za duży ale można było bezpiecznie zaparkować motocykl. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Hotel w klasycznym stylu, ale bardzo czysto i wygodnie.

It was perfect 😍
Pros:

The location and breakfast were absolutely perfect. The room was a bit small, but very cozy and comfortable. Next time, I’ll definitely book a larger one. The front desk staff were extremely kind and answered all our questions. I love this hotel, and we’ll definitely be back next year!

Cons:

Just a small detail: my husband had a minor scratch on his arm that left a small mark on the bedsheet. We noticed the sheet wasn't replaced after housekeeping cleaned the room, but it’s just something small to keep in mind for next time.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Austria Classic Hotel Wien. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and stylish, very well equipped with a comfortable bed, a mini fridge, additional space to hang clothes, air conditioning and a big bathroom with an excellent shower. A detail we really appreciated were the extra reading lights on both sides of the bed.
The buffet breakfast was truly fabulous.
The location was perfect in the lively 2nd district, with a wide selection of restaurants and shops at the doorstep. A central underground-, S-Bahn trains- and tram/bus-stop - Praterstern - a mere 2-minute-walk away.
And despite the central location our room was delightfully quiet.
We will certainly be back at our next stay in Vienna.

יש בחדר קומקום עם קפה ותה , יש מיני בר, יש מזגן.
הצוות ממש נחמד ושירותי מאוד.
יש חניה במקום בתוספת תשלום .
המלון קרוב ממש במרחק שתי דקות מהרכבת תחתית.
בקיצור ,מושלם.

Camera foarte curata, micul dejun foarte variat, personalul foarte amabil, locatia centrala, foarte aproape de mijloacele de transport si de parcul Prater, in 15-20 de minute se poate ajunge pe jos in Stephansplatz.
De asemenea zona unde este amplasat hotelul este foarte linistita.
