Great stay
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great. The location really good. You can walk in to the centre in about 20-25mins or there is a station nearby to get the train for 2 stops and you’re there. Staff were really nice also. I would recommend.

Pros:

Die Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksangebot war vielfältig.
Die Lage ist zentral, gleich am Prater sowie direkt an der U - Bahnstation

Cons:

Eine Badewanne als Dusche ist meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr zeitgerecht.
Sonst gibt es nicht zu beanstanden.

Pros:

Gute Lage, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Frühstück.
Dusche war schön und groß.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein relativ kleines Zimmer.

I woud stay again. Easy to walk to the "old town" from the hotel. Always greeted by staff.
Pros:

English speaking staff a plus. Great little bar. Location great. Underground station right outside. Fairly good restaurants nearby. 24 hour front desk staffed. Breakfast was plentiful and generally very good.

Cons:

For what I paid I expected a real coffee maker with pods, not a hot water kettle with instant coffee. I also expected a shower with a rain water head, not a hand held shower.

Pros:

We were very happy with the hotel,staff breakfast,clean, beds the only complaint was the hot water was never hot mostly like just warm. We enjoyed our stay otherwise and thought Vienna was beautiful.Thank You.

If I went back to Vienna I would go back.
Pros:

The hotel was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Staff were very polite and helpful. Continental breakfast with a few hot extras. Very nice lounge bar and very quiet at night. 2 minute walk from the underground. No food except for breakfast but pleant of restaurants and cafes nearby. Best restaurants were from staff advice.

Cons:

Maybe get something to eat apart from breakfast but that is minor.
