Great place to stay
Pros:

Loved our week at Havasu Dunes! Plenty of room in the 2 bedroom and convenient parking underneath. Lots of amenities and very friendly and helpful staff, especially Wendy! Great location, close to everything as long as you have a car! Be ready for the hot, hot weather in July. The lake is a great way to cool down.

Well-equipped Suites at a Nice Location
Pros:

The suites at this location have absolutely everything you need in terms of living, dining, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Everything is organized for ease of use, including a pullout couch in the living room for extra space. Many suites have lake views from the front patios, as did ours. This location had the best piece of information provided at check-in which answered many of our questions. They have a free laundry, multiple pools, a nicely equipped a/c activity room, and a sauna. A very nice clean well-equipped facility at an easy to find location.

Cons:

The units are a little small, they can feel a little claustrophobic for an extended stay. We stayed at the hottest time of the year, one is not really able to "enjoy" the optional outdoor amenities and activities during the peak summer months.

Pros:

Didn't like anything because our stay was denied

Cons:

At check-in I was told I had to leave a 250.00 deposit for the room. When I booked the room it was 100.00. I didn't have 250.00 so we ended up not staying. This was a mini get away for my daughter's 16th bday and it was ruined. They even lied and said booking.com states the deposit is 250.00. Not true.

Pros:

Pool, putting green, good setup, friendly staff, the list goes on and on. It was a great stay!

Pros:

Parking was good the location was good rooms are very nice.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was a security deposit of $250.00 at check in that wasn't mentioned when I booked it through booking so that cost me money that I could've used on my vacation even though I'm getting it back would've be nice to know up front

Pros:

Freundliche Aufnahme. Die gut eingerichteten Wohneinheiten laden zu längerem Verweilen ein. Schöne Lage 1 km vom Ende der Parkanlagen. Geheimtipp: Body Beach (noch näher) mit tollem Blick und herrlichem Wasser.

The place is spacious, and having two bathrooms was amazing.

Great place to stay
Pros:

It was a very comfortable place. The bed was excellent. I really enjoyed having a kitchen to make meals in. The dishes and cookware were all in good condition but it would have been nice to have a pan to cook eggs in.

Cons:

It was really too hot to take advantage of the pool and walking to the beach. I would love to come when it is not so hot and really enjoy all that Lake Havasu has to offer
