Endroit propre et proche des magasins et restaurants
Pros:

Pas d’accueil humain. Propreté impeccable. Buffet continental. Proche des places historiques. Environ 500 mètres de la gare. Il y a un autobus de la gare à l’hôtel.

Great location with a simple layout and clean/comfortable room
Pros:

Location was great and the room was as expected. Great restaurants nearby and the breakfast was the standard fare for a European hotel.

Cons:

Check in was not as enjoyable as it could have been. There is a single computer screen that you use to see if your room is ready and then check in. In my case - the first time I checked on my room - nobody was in front of me. The next couple of times - several people in front and one couple struggled to follow the prompts. That caused the rest of us to wait a long time for them to figure things out. More than one check in terminal would be nice or an interface that is even easier to use (it is easy enough for me - but clearly not for others).

Top Hotel für Ausflüge in und um Luzern.
Pros:

Lage perfekt für die Erkundung von Luzern.
Frühstück reichhaltig, angenehm.
Altstadt und Bus zum Bahnhof grad vor der Türe.

Cons:

Am Abend bei Ankunft Presslufthammer vor dem Fenster.. aber das war wohl ein Rohrbruch Notfall...
später wars ruhig, obwohl das Zimmer zur Strasse gelegen ist.
