Location was great and staff were helpful. Breakfast was very good.
Room was very hot with no air conditioning or any way of opening a window. No curtains and our room looked out on Bradford 2026 sign that was illuminated all night.

It was close to the interchange and to all the local amenities
Rooms were quite stuffy. Granted it’s a heatwave but maybe have access to fans in warmer weather.
Stayed at the hotel for a conference in Leeds and the hotel is right next to Bradford Interchange station so very good for frequent travel into Leeds. Friendly staff and very clean and spacious room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is fairly basic but was nice to have given the price for the hotel is good value.
The decor in the rooms is dated but it is an old building and a large hotel at a good price so it met my expectations.
The location and the staff were excellently.
We were very disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open in the evenings. The only food options were sandwiches and pizza's. Also there was no hot buffet option for b'fast (which we've always had on previous stays) it was only available for the continental option.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. And excellent breakfast spread, with options from light to a full English. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Close to city center. 😃

I was expecting a possibility in the room to charge a I Phone - mine just made it even though less than 48 hours stay. Breafast was lovely. Staff very helpful - even helped me with Lap Top problem
