Pros:

Excellent boutique hotel in an excellent location. Good value for money. My first choice in Bradford.

The fact the car park is no longer their own.

very dissatisfied as we were sold a room for family of 5 with 4 beds only.
Pros:

One receptionist was very helpful and kind, helped us to pay for the parking.
Main bed was comfortable.

Cons:

* We booked for a family of 5 and they gave us a room with 4 beds. to what they answered that its booking.com fault, they can't do nothing about it. That caused us a lot of hassle and stress. Stuff were not helpful at all unfortunately. Ruined our holiday brake.
* One receptionist male was very unkind and unhelpful. made us download application to pay for a car park. that didn't work, thanks God for a normal receptionist who took over from him.
* Pull out bed was horrible, springs was hardly covered, not sure how anyone can sleep there.

Grand stay and well- looked after by wonderful staff. Great value for money.
Pros:

Beautiful old building, grand and historic. Fabulous location by the station. The staff were amazing - nothing too much trouble. The chef was so helpful and friendly too and came to talk to us about our needs for the day (education event).

Nice old classic. More calm relax good location near bus station and town easy to get food from shop

Cons:

Bathroom shower and tap is broken can't use cold water. Only hot water burn my skin. Should I go to reception to sort out? No way I already nothing clothes I hate to wrap up and go to reception complain. I am deaf can't communicate. Hearing people so easy call reception. It's useless hotel also mattress is uncomfortable I can feel spring hurting my body. Poor hotel. Price rip off. Never again go there

Friendly staff......

Cons:

....but disinterested in taking breakfast orders.
Room had no blind in the bathroom window, so anyone can see you on the toilet, or in the shower, from the interchange at night.

The hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing and bus and train travel the staff were excellent
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and plenty of everything and good quality the location of the hotel was perfect for me

Cons:

The bathroom curtain at the window wasn’t enough thick curtains as well would be better for privacy

Front desk staff

Cons:

Walked in and was so shocked at how awful this place was. Checked out immediately- they said they couldn’t offer another room or do any refunds. Booked a hotel in Shipley instead. I’ve never checked out so early from a place EVER. This place was bad- smelled awful, water damage, and stains.

Pros:

The bed was comfy

Cons:

The shower didn't work also the hot water to run a bath because the shower didn't work was "warm" at best when asked to move rooms or sort something out I was told they was no more rooms available overall I was not happy with it

nice beautiful hotel requires a good maintenance team
Pros:

overpaid for the accommodation waiting for a refund, cannot get anyone on the phone for my refund I paid over 500 for 2 days.

Cons:

answer the phone no customer support, no wifi in room tv not connected to box vases had food stains , chairs were worn and tired, taps leaked when filling the kettle , these need to be moved or better taps installed.

Paid for the room tried getting tv fixed never fixed the tv so had no tv all night, ask for a part refund and made out the issue was sorted when it wasn’t just so they didn’t have to do the part refund, also took days to get a reply
