Excellent location (with direct metro access to the city centre and the main railway station), a quiet neighborhood, efficient air conditioning, spacious and well-equipped rooms, and a varied breakfast. I would gladly stay here again the next time I'm in Vienna.

Cleanliness was good in general, but there were stains and watermarks on the chairs in our room

Spacious and very clean room! Friendlt staff. A good location with a nearby metro station.
Glutenfree breakfast options were quite limited, e.g. no pancakes, muesli with gf options. Gf bread was available upon request.

grosszügiges Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet
Wir wurden für die erste Nacht (anscheinend wegen Überbuchung) ausquartiert und für denselben Preis in ein Zwei-Stern-Hotel versetzt!!! Das Hotel hat leider bis heute nicht auf die Reklamation reagiert! (Booking.com war so kulant uns die Kosten rückzuerstatten)
Beim Einchecken wurde uns zuerst ein Zimmer zugeteilt, das bereits belegt war... und beim neuen Zimmer wurde trotz Bitte das Zusatzbett im Laufe des Tages nicht vorbereitet, was dann um 23 Uhr Abends vom Receptionspersonal erledigt werden musste...
