Despite its comfortable rooms and great location, it fell short of our expectations due to the break

Large and exceptionally comfortable rooms made our stay at Novotel Suites Wien City Donau truly enjoyable. The hotel's convenient location, dedicated parking area, and the highly professional, helpful reception staff made the entire experience seamless.

Cons:

Although we overall enjoyed our stay at Novotel Suites Wien City Donau, the breakfast experience was unfortunately disappointing. The rude attitude of the Indian staff member greeting guests right outside the restaurant was quite off-putting, and the breakfast selection itself was very limited.

Super Lage, Frühstück ist sehr gut

Cons:

Es wurde für 4 Personen gebucht, Anfangs waren nur 2 Schlafplätze vorbereitet, nach langem hin und her bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer, da niemand in der Lage war im aktuellen Zimmer das Schlafsofa vorzubereiten.

Wir werden das Hotel sicher nie wieder buchen.

Nur die Lage.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nur mittelmäßig bis schlecht. Es gab keine weichen Eier. Es gab jeden Tag dasselbe. Auch der Frühstücksraum an sich war viel zu klein. Es gab einen Nebenraum der ebenfalls als Frühstücksraum genutzt wurde, aber hier war die Klimaanlage ständig eingeschaltet und daher zu kalt. Das Teewasser war an einem Tag auch nicht heiß.
