We verbleven met 2 kinderen voor 4nachten. Hadden specifiek voor het hotel gekozen omdat het een zwembad had. Wat zeker oké is maar prijs kwaliteit was het teleurstellend. We hadden ontbijt inbegrepen maar was echt niet goed. Te weinig keuze en zeer basic. De kamers op de website kwamen niet overeen met de realiteit. Het eten over het algemeen in het restaurant was teleurstellend jammer omdat er in Oaxaca zelf veel beter en goedkoper te vinden is. De dubbelbedden in onze junior suite waren veel te klein.
Luxury residence is hier zeker niet van toepassing. Jammer.
Beautiful hotel; super friendly staff (Miriam at the reception desk went above and beyond); delicious breakfast; nice pool; very clean and nice rooms; the shower was incredible. Overall beautiful property
I didn’t realize the property was so far from downtown. But I have to say that the hotel made up for that by providing free transportation during the day. And we appreciated, in the end, being a little removed from the busy and touristy center

Bis zum Flughafen dauert es mit dem Taxi ca 40 min.
Tagsüber bei Verkehr dementsprechend länger.
Parkplätze vor dem Hotel hats nur wehnige
für ein 5 Stern Hotel erwarte ich einen top service, doch der war nur mittelmässig

So disappointed with this stay
Terrible service to the city only works between certain hours, was 45 minutes late and couldn’t bring us in when we wanted a bus. A tiny bag of laundry also cost 65 euro and they did not tell us the price beforehand despite asking

Las fotos ni la descripción corresponden a las instalaciones.
Las instalaciones, me encantó el lugar, es muy bonito.
Que no respetaron el precio, me cobraron los impuestos a pesar de que en la app decía impuestos excluidos, además en la confirmación de la reserva decía que incluia desayuno continental y en el hotel me dijeron que no sabían porque se enviaba ese mensaje pero que no incluía desayuno.
Aún así pedimos desayuno y dejaba mucho que desear.
This was booked in error. I tried to rebook it for the different date and I was not allowed to. I have tried to contact Booking.com, but I’ve had no luck to get a refund for the one night only. I am planning on going in November in like to apply this towards that.

We liked the quiet neighborhood.
The room was small and stuffy
The main outside are was nice. The staff are really friendly and kind.
The hotel is dated, the rooms are not 5 star level. The communication of the staff is pretty poor, finding out basic things and not being let know if costs etc until you ask them is not great. I felt they are trying to be 5 star level but didnt show 5 star quality in any capacity. The shuttle bus that was offered to take people into the centre of the city, was out of operation 3 out of 4 days that I was there, which messed up my plans, and personally cost me money using regular taxi services. All in all, they are more like a 3 star service posing as a 5 star, lots of work to be done.
El alojamiento es tranquilo, limpio y el personal muy agradable y dispuesto, ayudan en lo necesario.
La ubicación, hay que coger taxi para ir al centro cada vez y aunque no es mucho con el trafico se pierden unos 15 min-20min en cada trayecto.
