Stay away if you are travelling for holidays - location is not worth the price or the inconveniences

Accommodating, welcoming and dazzling views! Perfect location.
Pros:

Amazing location. We had room floor 10 with amazing terrace a huge. Lovely friendly helpful breakfast, housekeepers and reception staff. Bex was huge and so comfy, sound proofing was great in our room. Breakfast staff so lovely and helpful and smiley!

Cons:

Rooms a bit dated but I’m sure will get round to it. Our room was huge but cupboard space quite small which did g make much sense haha. think a couple of cleaning jobs were forgotten (sweeping balcony/table clean) but think just a one off.

Everything which was included in the package was excellent.

Cons:

You may place a kettle in the rooms along with some complementary tea/coffee sachets as is the practice in good hotels. This is because the hotel does not have its own restaurant working throughout the day.

La mejor opción en el área de Gran Vía
Pros:

Ubicación insuperable, habitación muy amplia y cómoda. Baño muy amplio con tina, ducha y agua caliente. Personal muy amable y servicial, desayuno bufet muy variado saludable y generoso.
