Cons:

Nos alojaron en una habitación que era para una familia y éramos dos personas. Con un camastro contra la pared, sin sentido alguno para un matrimonio. Y un televisor tan pequeño y viejo que no se alcanzaba a ver nada, casi no tenía canales y obviamente sin Netflix, Disney, YouTube, etc. El ingreso tiene 7 escalones y no hay manera de subir en una rampa las valijas y nadie colabora además. Realmente un espanto. Nunca más!!!

Pros:

Excellent location, breakfast was good, place was clean.

Cons:

One of the lifts was broken, therefore there was often a long queue for the lift, and a long wait just to get on as they were small and the hotel had numerous floors.

Great location close to shops bars restaurants and theatres.
Pros:

Location and staff excellent. Breakfast was good. Kind gesture for husbands 60th birthday

Cons:

No tea and coffee making facilities which I did overlook when booking. 1 lift was out of order so there was often a long wait, the 8 flights of stairs were a bit much after a day in the sun!

Super expensive stay and not as well maintained property for the money they are charging. I have stayed with melia group

Location is great

Cons:

Our air conditioner wasn’t working well. We had to request the reception multiple times to get it checked. They tried to help by giving us an another room to sleep in for a night and gave us fans in the room but it was very inconvenient. Besides that the elevator wasn’t working for half our stay and having room on 4th floor was inconvenient

Que nos dieron una habitación diminuta y sucia, con las cortinas rotas, las sábanas sucias. Luego de quejarnos nos cambiaron a otra habitación que si estaba en condiciones, ahí parecía otro hotel en verdad, no se como puede haber tanta diferencia entre una habitación y otra, como pasar de una pocilga a un hotel

One lift was out of action for the whole five days we were there. No coffee or tea facilities in our room which was disappointing as we stayed for five days. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived and had to ring reception, it was very noisy.
