The pool towel service and the pool are excellent.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
The hotel is beautiful, and every detail has been thought through. The bathrooms are equipped with everything necessary for people with varying needs, the bed linens are spotless, and the cleaning and accommodations are top-notch! But the most important thing is the staff—the people who work there. I want to thank receptionist Andrea and Yuliia, a special thank you to the breakfast staff Mauricio and Serena , in the pool Giuseppe and the evening bar Nicola. You made my vacation feel like home! I was able to not only relax, but feel as comfortable as possible! I also want to highlight the hotel grounds, which include a small, beautiful, green garden. It's so cozy, safe, and peaceful that I could even meditate. Thank you for my vacation!
I'd like to point out that all the food is high-quality and delicious!! The only thing I would change is to add variety to the breakfasts, for example, fried eggs instead of just boiled ones, and add boiled turkey or chicken for protein in the morning. It would be great to see Sliced tomatoes, not just cherry tomatoes. I'd add 2-3 types of lettuce and greens with some additional ingredients. And reduce the number of packaged snacks.

Great food and very clearly labelled for allergies - my boyfriend has a severe nut allergy and was able to eat confidently!

Grand hotel with a beautiful atmosphere. Sea view room with balcony was lovely and spacious with good amenities and kept immaculate the whole time.
Pool was the best so very big and beautiful gardens around the pool area. Lots of beds to accommodate everyone. Delicious lunch by the pool side as well.
Breakfast was amazing with so many options.
Barbara was the most attentive server, she was always very friendly , helpful and clearly loves her job as she was so lovely went the extra mile to please.
