Pros:

Fine on both counts.

Cons:

A/C was set at 65 degrees when I arrived. I eventually turned heat on, What a waste! At checkout I complained to housekeeper who said weather was quite hot. In fact it wasn't, and doesn't staff know that setting it at a more humane temperature like 72 is just as effective in cooling? I still left $5 tip.

It was good for just sleeping. When spending most of the day in the tourist area just for sleeping it was good.
Pros:

It was right off the highway. Easy check in and check out. It was good for a few nights. Easy grab and go breakfast. Staff were very helpful.
Fridge, AC, microwave, TV and hot water all good !

Cons:

No pool. Could use a good deep cleaning of the rugs. They definitely felt yuck. Ice machine broken.

Overall good. hostess rude, but situation solved. Get rid of the people in the shaded areas.

always a great place. Been there many times.

Cons:

Hostess was rude. I booked two rooms. She said no etc, etc being rude. My son tolder her to check booking and i did book two rooms. No need for the attitude. Plus sketchy people hanging in the lot with chairs and stuff. Not cool at all. It should be a safe place without people planting lawn chairs to hang out in the unlit areas of the lot.

Clean, decent hotel for this relatively inexpensive price.
Pros:

The breakfast was somewhat minimal, but kind of what was expected. The place was clean and quiet

Cons:

The room was a bit tight- for example, it would've been nice to have an actual closet.

Nice place to lay your head.
Pros:

Breakfast was a bit sparse. Location was perfect for my purposes -- right next to the Price Chopper and down the block from the laundromat. ;) The refrigerator and microwave were very nice amenities.

Cons:

Rooms are a little... "tired", but functional. Shower head a little low and the sink surface a little small; could use a shelf or two for toiletries.
