Pros:

Hotel situato in una posizione tranquilla della città ma non distante dalla città e da Ortigia.
La struttura offre diversi servizzi molto interessanti e lo staff era molto accogliente e gentile

La sala colazione molto particolare e ben curata. Staff molto gentile

Cons:

La terrazza è abbandonata a se stessa…la camera è da rinnovare come anche il bagno (gli asciugamani avevano un cattivo odore) .

Codzienna zmiana pościeli, ogólna czystość, dwie windy, taras na dachu.

Cons:

Słaba lokalizacja, pokój nie spełniał moich oczekiwań, ciemny z brzydkim widokiem, ogromny hałas pracujących na dachu urządzeń do klimatyzacji, monotonne śniadanie.

Pros:

El trato del personal. Fueron muy amables y siempre dispuestas a ayudarnos y resolver dudas. Buen desayuno con posibilidad de solicitar opciones fuera del buffet sin coste adicional.

Eine Enttäuschung
Pros:

Ich fande das Frühstück sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte leider überhaupt nicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, es gibt keine richtige Badezimmer Tür (was als frisches Paar, unangenehm ist), das Spa kostet extra was ich bei dem Zimmer Preis eigentlich nicht erwartet hätte. Die Lage ist nicht sehr gut und das Hotel hat auch seine besten Jahre schon hinter sich.

Pros:

Molto particolare lo stile Industrial e l’atmosfera. Ottimi i servizi come ad esempio la colazione e molto adeguato il personale sempre attento al cliente.

Per chi va a Siracusa con l’auto
Pros:

Situato in posizione periferica, per gli ospiti abbonda il parcheggio, che invece è un incubo trovare a Ortigia.

Cons:

L’hotel ha qualche problema di manutenzione, ad esempio ai comandi degli sciacquoni. Ho dovuto chiedere che mi cambiassero camera. I corridoi ai piani sono davvero tetri.

Odore strano in bagno, camera rimasta vuota dalle 10 di mattina ma nessuna pulizia, venuti alle 15 quando stavamo riposando e ovviamente non ho dato permesso di rifare stanza.
