L’ambiente , curato ed accogliente .
Prezzo troppo alto per quello che offre: camera matrimoniale piccola e angusta,scarico del lavandino mal funzionante, doccia senza box e senza asciugamani ( solo un telo doccia).
Zone non uniformemente climatizzate: ok la reception , assente nei corridoi, insufficiente nelle camere.
Peccato, l’hotel avrebbe un buon potenziale: personale gentile e preparato, bella sala colazione con cucina a vista e molte piante ben curate.
Per un 4 stelle lontano dal centro però, il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è accettabile: con qualche accorgimento in camera e un prezzo più in linea avrei potuto accettare la distanza dal centro ma così non mi ritengo soddisfatto ( senza sconto Booking avremmo pagato oltre 200 euro) . Con lo stesso budget a Siracusa si può trovare di meglio.

Un po' fuori mano, consiglio di andare in auto. Il bagno senza finestre e senza bidet.
La gentilezza del personale
La suddivisione della stanza. Vorrei capire chi è il genio dell’architetto che ha messo un lavandino a vista nella stanza con pavimento appena si entra in mosaico nero lucido e con carenza assoluta di luce con una porta a fianco per accedere al bagno rischiosa per chi si trova al lavabo aprendosi dall’interno verso l’esterno. Altra genialità la chiusura a calamita che è inutile e rumorosa considerata la totale mancanza di insonorizzazione delle stanze che rende a tratti sgradevole la permanenza. Dulcis in fundo l’assenza di bidet ( m’ è stato detto che potevo chiedere la stanza con il bidet in quanto avrebbero provveduto, ma è il cliente che deve chiedere o invece visto che sono un ospite italiano era da se se il desk avrebbe dovuto pensarci?)
Dimenticavo i tendaggi completamente inutili al loro scopo e il terrazzo privo di privacy in quanto completamente aperto ai lati e frontalmente. Il letto vogliamo parlarne?!? Per un 4 stelle assolutamente non all’altezza e neanche i cuscini troppo duri.
Le camere pulite e tenute bene.
Secondo me posto troppo caro inbase la struttura.

Очень маленький номер. Самое неудобное, что раковина для умывания вынесена за пределы туалета прямо в салон около входной двери между туалетом и столбом. Если кто то пользуется раковиной, он полностью загораживает собой вход и выход из туалета.
