Fair but definitely not good.
Pros:

Front desk was nice and let me check in early

Cons:

The sofa bed was so not comfortable and there was no pillow for the sofa bed. The cushion for the sofa felt like you were going to fall in. The corners of the living room area was dirty. I could hear people up top walking back and forth all night.

A TERRIBLE ONE
Pros:

Nothing to Like about this hotel

Cons:

Apart from the room being too old fashioned, I wasn't able to get a water bottle, not even to purchase. Too Bad.

It was great for an overnight stay.

Not what the pictures showed, stay away!
Pros:

The property was not clean, it was also very worn out and things were damaged. The pictures do not look like the actual place.

Cons:

Things were in disrepair, there not event a hair dryer in our room. You have to walk across a courtyard outside (it was 3 degrees out) to get to the front desk.
