Very beautiful and large apartment, super clean and looks like it was just renovated. hotel staff were very helpful and nice, breakfast was great - we really enjoyed our stay!
We used the hotel parking inside the ZTL with a very good experience - recommended. like all ZTL parking's in Italy its not very cheap, but super convenient. the parking itself is very very small but the hotel staff will physically guide you into the and out of the parking.

Nous avions réservé l’appartement, qui est très bien équipé et aménagé avec goût, en plein cœur de la ville. Un parking public se trouve assez proche de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner à l’hôtel était également très bien. Nous avons passé un excellent moment.
Great location. The restaurant connected to the hotel is excellent.
A little noisy. I was on the first floor and the noise from the kitchen and eating area really carried.

I really really liked this hotel. Staff were great and unerringly helpful, the breakfasts really nice and generous (loved the large wheel of aged parmesan for us to carve chunks from), and the location right next to the Piazza Maggiore made me super happy I booked it. This is a really fantastic hotel for staying and exploring Bologna. Highly recommend booking it if you are looking for a place to stay. I genuiinely really enjoyed my stay here.
Excellent experience at Phi Hotel Bologna. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional, and everything regarding parking and payment was handled smoothly. Very good breakfast, a perfect location and modern, creatively designed rooms.
It is surprising how two hotels in almost the same location can offer such different experiences. After a disappointing stay at Hotel Roma, particularly because of the staff, we were a little hesitant, but Phi Hotel was the complete opposite. We would definitely return.
We’ve just left the hotel, I’m writing this waiting for our train. We had an excellent stay, absolutely loved the hotel but were particularly impressed with the staff all of who were just wonderful. We had a studio apartment for a family of four, easily controlled the aircon (essential because it’s baking hot outside), it had a kitchen but never used it, the food in the city is far to good to be missed. The location is perfect, you step out the front and you are in the town, about a minute from the main square. We took the food tour organised by the hotel and lived the lady who shows us how to make local pasta. I have to single out for praise the following, the lady on reception who my wife spoke to before we came, she was exceptionally friendly and professional. Mara, who looked after us when we arrived and interpreted for us, was absolutely brilliant, friendly, professional a credit to the hotel. And, I did not get his name, by the gentleman who looked after us in the restaurant (his cousin is a U.K. firefighter) was superb. We would stay here again but n a heartbeat. Thank you ❤️
