Location was fine

Cons:

Lifts did not work - as in they operated but took forever and then the bar fell off the wall.

No water in room and no drinks facility such as coffee or a kettle.

Breakfast choice was poor.

Was charged for water in room which was a touch pathetic when we were given a 15% alcohol orange drink that tasted awful.

Cons:

La suite no puede estar en la planta de los salones y restaurante, y justo encima de la recepción en la 1 planta, es imposible el ruido, está muy mal ubicada y la acústica es muy muy mala

L'ampiezza della camera

Cons:

Staff, direttore. Dopo che gli amici che viaggiavano con noi hanno subito un furto in camera, non ci hanno minimamente supportato, né hanno offerto alcuna forma di ristoro o risarcimento. Sono stati svostanti e infastiditi. La sicurezza della struttura non è per nulla garantita. Verso mezzanotte i ladri sono entrati e usciti con i trolley rubati attraverso l'unico ingresso della struttura senza che nessuno della reception gli dicesse nulla. Altri disservizi hanno riguardato la mancata sintonizzazione dei canali TV italiani e la mancata risoluzione di problemi con l'aria condizionata, problemi segnalati tutti i giorni.

Precio de la habitación por noche abusivo y no reembolsable.
Cons:

Habitación estrecha impropia del precio, 220€ por noche.
Para una estancia de varios dias, no hay armario en condiciones para depositar la ropa.
Habitación con terraza que da a un patio interior frente a otras terrazas. Esta patio interior conectaba a un salón en el que las conversaciones de otros huéspedes no permitían tener el balcón abierto.
Cuarto de aseo con deficiencias utilitarias para dejar el papel higiénico, las toallas de mano, falta de iluminación adecuada. Lavamanos pequeño para dos personas. Ausencia de jabonería para las manos.
Atención a dejar la habitación antes de las noches reservadas, pues aún siendo causa mayor y justificada, no reembolsan las noches no utilizadas. Las noches que no se utilizan, las vuelven a reservar cobrando nuevamente el precio que ya se ha pagado , o sea, cobran el doble por ese alojamiento.
