Le personnel est très à l'écoute et disponible. L'emplacement de l'hôtel a mi chemin des principales attractions touristiques. La piscine qui n'est jamais pleine à craquer de monde . Les lieux sont très modernes, et la décoration est vraiment top.
C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de cafetière dans les chambres.

Staff, direttore. Dopo che gli amici che viaggiavano con noi hanno subito un furto in camera, non ci hanno minimamente supportato, né hanno offerto alcuna forma di ristoro o risarcimento. Sono stati svostanti e infastiditi. La sicurezza della struttura non è per nulla garantita. Verso mezzanotte i ladri sono entrati e usciti con i trolley rubati attraverso l'unico ingresso della struttura senza che nessuno della reception gli dicesse nulla. Altri disservizi hanno riguardato la mancata sintonizzazione dei canali TV italiani e la mancata risoluzione di problemi con l'aria condizionata, problemi segnalati tutti i giorni.

El lugar, al borde del casco viejo. La pileta con la puesta de sol. El cuarto, cómodo, moderno. Bien el garaje. Los empleados, un 10!

The hotel is very well located, making it easy to explore the city and its main attractions. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout my stay, and the staff provided outstanding service, always friendly, professional and helpful.
The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the swimming pool was a wonderful place to cool down after a hot day in Seville.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options catering for both international and Spanish tastes. There was plenty of choice and everything was fresh and well presented.
Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent facilities, superb service and a great location. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville.
