Pros:

Hotel looked amazing, the location was perfect and the staff could not of been better. The bed we had was massive and the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in. It felt like affordable luxury.

O hotel é maravilhoso! Desde o momento da chegada, fomos recebidos com muita cordialidade por uma equipe extremamente simpática e sempre pronta para ajudar.

Os quartos são excelentes, muito confortáveis e bem cuidados. A cama é ótima, o ar-condicionado funciona perfeitamente e, todos os dias, alguém da equipe passa no quarto para verificar se está tudo bem ou se precisamos de alguma coisa, demonstrando um cuidado genuíno com os hóspedes.

A limpeza é impecável, tanto dos quartos quanto das áreas comuns. O café da manhã é excelente, com muita variedade e qualidade, e o restaurante do hotel também merece destaque pela ótima gastronomia.

As instalações são simplesmente perfeitas e fazem você realmente se sentir em um palácio. Em todos os momentos, há alguém disponível para ajudar, tornando a experiência ainda mais especial.

Sem dúvida, foi um dos melhores hotéis em que já me hospedei. Recomendo de olhos fechados e certamente voltaria.

Very nice stuff, even tho we stayed for one night, all of them very helpful, beautiful reception, breakfast (the omollette) was really delicious even tho it was small offer, assisted in all our needs , even late at night staff willing to serve and were all kind.

Cons:

The view of the room was nothing special, asked for a special set up for our wedding anniversary, but nothing special was set . The design of the room is nice, but could be a bit more luxurious to match the rest of the hotel. Pool very small. Could not find iron board and iron in the room.
