Fabulous!
Pros:

The location, the welcome, the luxury, the gorgeous smell throughout the hotel, the generous touch for our anniversary leaving cava and chocolates for us, the rooftop pool, the red level. Fabulous.

Cons:

The only small complaint I would have would be the quality of the breakfast menu items was not the best. Everything else about our stay was fantastic.

Kein Hotel für die Durchfahrt.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Das Restaurant im Hotel entspricht nicht dem erwarteten Niveau.
Das gebuchte Frühstück kann man sich sparen, es entspricht eher einem 2-Sterne Hotel. Parkplatz kostet € 41,00 je Tag!!!

Definitely not a leading hotel of the world kind of hotel. The room was tiny, the spa hyper tiny, the pool had 7 sun chaises, and at check in, front desks offers a more expensive room and if you don’t take it, they make you wait until 5pm to do check in

Excellent location. Beautiful space. Service was great overall though could use some improvement with addressing concern
Pros:

Incredible location. Walking distance to most major attractions/restaurants. Would describe this hotel as overall efficient and charming. Staff were very accommodating and super friendly. Gave us some excellent recommendations for the area in terms of food, experiences, etc.

Cons:

The rooftop pool service was a bit disorganized. There were buttons to press when you wanted a server to come up and I consistently pressed the button with no response. Was hoping to have some drinks by the pool area. Eventually I spoke to a house keeping staff member who called someone up on her personal phone which I appreciated. I also called for our room service cart to be removed in the early afternoon, someone responded and said they would send someone up. We returned to our room several hours later and the cart was still in the room resulting in the room smelling like food which I didn’t appreciate. We also called for the air conditioner to be fixed since it was fairly warm in our room. Again - someone said they would come to address the issue and no one ever came which was disappointing.

Atendimento do time, em especial da concierge pois recebemos uma entrega fora da data da estadia e eles nos atenderam .Conforto do quarto, qualidade da cama, café da manhã

* Exceptional cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property. Rooms and public areas are immaculate, beautifully maintained and consistently well serviced.
* High-quality facilities and excellent overall upkeep.

Cons:

Sadly, the service falls well short of what one would expect from a five-star property and a member of Leading Hotels of the World.
* Service was repeatedly slow, reactive and lacking attention to detail – including a 20-minute wait for luggage and 55 minutes for drinks at the pool, with one incorrect order still being charged.
* Discretion and guest awareness were also below expectations, with room numbers being requested openly in front of other guests.
* The check-out experience was unnecessarily slow and disorganised, despite the process already having been completed.

Maravillosa estancia de lujo en Sevilla
Pros:

Para mi es uno de los hoteles más emblemáticos de Sevilla. Ofrece la excelencia en el servicio , todo el personal es profesional, sonriente y amable. Era la segunda vez que venía y repetiré sin dudas! Tuvieron el detalle de poner una habitación superior para el cumpleaños de mi madre.
