10/10 – Un soggiorno davvero speciale
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato al Meliá e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Fin dal nostro arrivo il personale è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e professionale.

Abbiamo avuto anche la fortuna di ricevere un upgrade della camera, che ci ha lasciati davvero senza parole: una camera spaziosa e bellissima, con letto matrimoniale, salotto e due bagni. Un’esperienza davvero speciale.

Un ringraziamento particolare va allo staff per l’attenzione e la cura nei dettagli. Essendo il mio compleanno, durante la colazione mi hanno fatto trovare una piccola torta con una candelina, un gesto semplice ma davvero carinissimo che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più memorabile. ❤️

Anche la posizione è ottima per visitare Siviglia e l’hotel è elegante, confortevole e curato in ogni dettaglio.

Esperienza fantastica dall’inizio alla fine. Se torneremo a Siviglia, sceglieremo sicuramente di nuovo il Meliá. Consigliatissimo!

First class hotel, excellent location, beautiful building with history staff were keen to share.
Pros:

Excellent location.
Beautiful reception areas, more like a mini museum, with artefacts and memorabilia tastefully displayed.
The bed was huge, very comfortable.
Breakfast fantastic (we had red level options which were very good)

Cons:

Our room, though stunning, was dark. I understand that Seville is hot and large windows aren’t great for keeping rooms cool. We had a beautiful patio area, but there was limited natural light.

Pros:

Le Monsieur a notre arrivée (soit le chef de réception très sympathique)
Chambre et femme chambre propre et au service.
Petit déjeuner bien garnis.

Cons:

La piscine trop petite et de petits points à revoir avec le jacuzzi.

Certain personnel féminin du petit déjeuner un peu trop intrusif pour un jeune couple.

Revoir le menu du restaurant pour toute nationalité se retrouve. (Les gambas ont la forme des écrevisses selon moi et mon origine)

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Quarto confortável, equipe assiste bem, cama enorme. Tivemos um problema com o ar condicionado, a equipe tentou consertar e quando não conseguiu, nos trocou de quarto de imediato e ainda nos deu late check out no dia seguinte.

I liked the location and the staff were trying their best .

Cons:

I did not like the design on the doors.
I did not feel comfortable with the room.
The design of the room and the bathroom is supper uncomfortable.
Breakfast was not the best, despite providing a menue still food was not as good as it should be for a five star.
The pool is too small.

Una Experiencia Sevilkana con modernidad
Pros:

El Hotel ,, Magnífico . Remodelado, ambiente Tauromaquia, y Arte pues el museo de Bellas Artes queda muy cerca , a minutos caminando.
El personal tanto de la recepción, maleteros, y Barman una maravilla.
Volveré sin duda.
