We were next to the elevator ! BIG BIG MISTAKE ! !
All we heard all night was the banging of the elevator doors opening & closing - in poor taste - DID NOT GET A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP which was very important to us ! How can this be rectified ?

Very nice hotel, great selection by your team. HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND FOR THE TWO DAYS I DIDNT USE?
Pros:

I liked the hotel and the location… The hotel team were very helpful, professional and accommodating. The rooms were clean an overall a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I had to pay $22.00 / person for the breakfast buffet. At most Hilton properties breakfast is included in the cost of the room. My trip was cut short by 2 days. (Checked out Monday 5/18, not Wednesday 5/20). Hilton charged me the full amount and referred me to YOU (Booking.com) for my two day refund.. How will I recover the cost for the days not spent at the hotel? Please call me @ 703-932-4487

Pros:

Comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

The parking fee 20 plus all the unnecessary taxes and was not notified that I had to pay 20 for each car at the desk she just asked did I have a car and gave me a pass not telling me about the ridiculous 20 for a empty parking lot if I knew would have took a Lyft there. Was very upset about that.
