Cons:

Everything was good overall, but I honestly didn’t like being charged $3 for a bottle of water. I feel like that’s a little excessive, especially for something as basic as water.

Wisht the room was cleaner for the price you pay.
Pros:

Water was hot, the fridge, size of the room, the bed was real nice, the staff besides the one night shift women. The one who check us in gets 10 stars. Super nice friendly. The second night, night shift on 9/12, rude, ignored us standing there, had to wait over 5 minutes while she did something not sure when it was 1-2 am and we just stood there.

Cons:

The nasty bathroom, just dirty hair, the drain was clogged to my ankles the whole shower, had to call maintenance. Behind the door yellow stains/dust just nasty in the tub. The curtains had stains, and there was tiny moths all over...Kind of a dirty room for $500 two night stay. Also the whole point was staying high up, were on the 7th floor, windows so nasty from the outside could barley see out of them, so that was disappointing. The cabinets under the sink... the back all gone, just scary looking. Room needs to be cleaned and updated.

In the beginning my reservation wasn’t found, the staff verified my information and I was able to stay at Hilton Hotel.
Pros:

I booked my reservation through booking.com, Hilton staff couldn’t find my reservation, another staff member found my reservation under my X-Husband’s last name. The staff removed my X’s name from my rewards points w/ Hilton Hotels. Even though I paid the full balance, in advance, I was to pay a $75 fee. I haven’t been refunded my $75 fee.
Please refund my credit card with the
$75 fee confirmation fee.

My Birthday Hotel Experience
Pros:

Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel. Everything was nice, and the service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Other than the breakfast, everything else was good, and the service was very nice. 😊

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. It cost $28 per person, and unfortunately, the food was not tasty. We barely ate anything, but we still had to pay for it, so it felt like a waste of money.

Also, my husband left them a note in advance asking if they could prepare something special for me because it was my birthday, but unfortunately, nothing was prepared.

Zaujímavý, tichý, hotel na periférii mesta, no však s dostatkom stravovacích a nákupných možností.
Pros:

Zaujímavý typ budovy, čo rozširuje samotnú izbu. Inak vyšší štandard ubytovania s množstvom obchodov a stravovacích možností v okolí. Do centra sa však treba dostať s použitím autobusu a metra.

Cons:

Stalo sa, že počas pobytu nám v jednom dni neupratali izbu a nevyniesli odpadky.

Great hotel,, I love a coffee bar, which they call The Bean. I purchased a latte from there which saved me a trip to loo

This hotel was very clean and it smelled so good as soon as you walked inside
The room looks great. The view was great. The room was very clean. Beds/pillows were comfy.

Cons:

Due to Chicago Freeway traffic it is more than 24 minutes from downtown ,,more like an hour
