Au final cher pour ne pas avoir le service attendu.
Pros:

Accueil de l'hotesse, situation dans Paris (près gare et métro), calme (appartement donnant sur cour). En théorie :pratique car équipé d'une mini cuisine.

Cons:

Raison du séjour et du choix d'un appart'hotel : maladie obligeant à entreposer des médicaments et blocs de froid dans friseur du réfrigérateur, Questions à ce sujet posées par écrit avant : aucune réponse. Réfrigérateur éteint à l'arrivée: la nuit pour le remettre en température. Température pièce au dessus de 25°C (vérifié) malgré climatisation.

Pros:

The hotel was clean with all necessary equipment. The beds were very good and the room was a good size.

Cons:

I wish there was a tallboy or night stands with some larger drawers for items used regularly.

A good price for central Paris
Pros:

The location is great. Walking distance to le Marais and a Metropolitan stop just outside. The room was a good size and very clean. The air conditioning was a nice bonus on a warm weekend. There are basic cooking facilities which is helpful. They offer free coffee and tea in reception 24 hours a day. The hotel is pet friendly.

Cons:

The sound insulation between rooms was poor so we could hear noises from upstairs and the neighbours though the room was well insulated against outside noise. The room was slightly run down and old especially in the bathroom and kitchen with wonky doors and a bit of damage. In spite of this it was very clean. The step to the balcony was very high which might make it inaccessible for some people.

Espaçoso, silencioso, perto de estacoes de metro.

Cons:

Os objetos parecem bem antigos. O secador de cabelo é muito antigo e fraco. Manutenção seria algo importante para o ambiente ficar mais moderno e funcional.

Close to metro & reasonably priced for Paris
Pros:

Conveniently located to metro for trains journeys in & out of Paris, luggage store, close to Le Marais & Bastille market, nice to have balcony to sit & have a drink. Price although expensive, reasonable for Paris.

Cons:

Bathroom & kitchen a bit tired. On the outskirts of Le Marais with limited close options for restaurants.

Great place to stay. Recommended for multiple occupancy in 1 room as well as single occupancy. Friendly, helpful staff.

Soweit Ok, nicht günstig. Alles schon älter.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, Metro 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Sichere, durch drei Tore geschützte, Tiefgarage, Kaffe to go kostenlos. Großes Appartement.

Cons:

Personal spricht kein Wort deutsch. Tiefgarage 30,00€ pro Tag. Check out um 11:00 - 10:55 öffnet die Zimmertür nicht mehr. Für drei Personen gebucht und bezahlt, nur zwei Schlafplätze, Schlafsofa nicht mit Bettsachen versehen.

Sijainti oli hyvä, kävelymatka moneen kohteeseen ja ruokakauppoja sekä ravintoloita lähellä. Melko tilava huone ja siivottu hyvin.

Cons:

Viiden yön oleskelun aikana ei melko korkeaan hintaan kuulunut yhtään siivousta eikä pyyhkeiden vaihtoa. Studio oli todella karu, ei mattoja, ei mitään viihtyvyyttä lisäävää. Ilmastointi ei toiminut, oli todella kuuma. Koko hotelli voisi olla päivityksen tarpeessa.

It is okay if you are aware that it is a bit dated. Location is excellent.

Location was great and the size of the apartment

Cons:

Everything is a bit dated and old and need of replacement. Power point hanging off the wall at the desk. Bathroom leak on floor of bathroom think it’s from the shower. Towels very thin. However the pillows and bed were very comfortable. Staff were helpful, was great to have a lift in the building.

Optar por um hotel Citadines é garantia de satisfação.
Pros:

Ótima localização, quarto grande e confortável, não ter tapete no piso, atendentes gentis, café da manhã farto e variado e toda a infraestrutura que já conheço de vários outros Citadines onde me hospedei.

Cons:

Muito difícil conseguir quarto com camas de solteiro.
Estava com minha irmã e teria sido mais confortável, mas por ser uma cama de casal bem grande não impediu que dormissemos bem.

La gentillesse du personnel, son amabilité
La situation géographique et métro à proximité
Le calme de la chambre , pas de bruit , 2 grandes télé 👍
Proximité place de la bastille et commerces

Cons:

La propreté pas au rendez-vous,salle de bain et baignoire pas propres.
Le canapé a été utilisé en lit mais très inconfortable tout comme la literie de la chambre ,matelas très durs.
Beaucoup de poussière et moutons sous les lits ….
Le ménage n’est passé qu’une seule fois en 6 jours ….

Good choice!
Pros:

Great location near Marais and Bastille, roomy room. Near Metro, across from beautiful meridian park. Amazingly quiet, just heard street noise on a Saturday night, and no neighbor noise ever in 2 stays at this hotel. Would go back there again.

Cons:

Phone in room insane, could not call reception if needed to, alarm woke me up at 5 one morning despite being set for later time.
As always in hotels these days, the comforter was too hot, so I pulled out innards and used them to make bed less hard, using sheets as blankets. Put do not disturb flag on doors to keep maids out; they always put beds back the way they were.

Muy bien ubicado, pero alto valor para su servicio
Pros:

Ubicación y espacioso para 3 personas. Era cómodo

Cons:

Servicio de limpieza poco frecuente ( no hay por menos de 6 días) , atención ( no nos daban más tarjetas para entrar a la habitación), olor a humedad en pasillos
