Vacaciones en familia en Emporio Acapulco
Pros:

La comodidad de la cama es destacable, así como la vista al mar y ubicación son excelentes. Esta vez fue un viaje en familia y disfrutamos mucho los pequeños detalles, como la hora del pan caliente en el desayuno buffet y el festejo de cumpleaños al estilo Emporio. Volveríamos con gusto. El servicio de Jesús y Ana en el desayuno son un plus.

Café da manhã , conforto, localização .

Cons:

Espaço do café da manhã foi em salão pequeno, tinha fila de espera para entrar.
Precisei fazer uma ligação para pedir cobertor , disque um número errado que nem chamou, na saída me cobraram 02 ligações , mesmo eu explicando o porquê .

Pros:

Tiene acceso directo a la playa y a la alberca, y se puede comer en la playa con servicio de meseros. Me encantó el buffet del desayuno.

Cons:

Un día no hicieron el aseo de la habitación y en ninguno de los 4 días recogieron las vajillas de lo canapés nocturnos.

Ubicación céntrica, piscinas y acceso a playa

Cons:

Ingresé una solicitud especial, la cual fue ignorada, indicándome que las solicitudes que yo ponga en booking a ellos no les llegan. En una de las habitaciones una de las camas no tenía una pata, y se balanceaba al acostarse en ella. Los WC no funcionaban adecuadamente

Cons:

I just had an issue with not getting hot water and the WC not flushing correctly on the first night but it was fixed promptly after I called to report it. Very friendly and professional staff.
