La ubicación, el desayuno y la alberca
Se puede mejorar la limpieza, a mi llegada me entregaron una habitación que no estaba aseada, después me la cambiaron pero al principio es desagradable entrar y ver que no estaba terminando.

El personal fue lo único que no me gustó, varios fueron demasiado groseros con mis padres cuando se acercaban a hacer algún tipo de pregunta, pero en especial un miembro del hotel casi se atrevió a jalar a mi madre cuando ella intentaba acompañarme al mostrador a preguntar sobre las cortesías que yo tenía, al ser un hotel de playa y con albercas, es lógico que podamos estar mojadas, y al ingresar, el tipo agarró a mi madre del brazo y le dijo que no se atreviera a entrar así, que si no veía que estaba mojada ( se que es su trabajo pero hay formas de tratar y de hablarle a las personas, se supone que también tendría que haber personal para limpiar si alguien escurre un poco de agua) a lo cual yo me moleste y entré de todos modos y mi madre tuvo que esperarme afuera ( y claro que me molesta, en especial cuando pagué 10,000 pesos por 2 noches por una supuesta suite de lujo y por cuestiones del vértigo de mi madre tuve que pedir que mejor me dieran un piso bajo y ni siquiera me dieron una cortesía o un reembolso, o quizás cubrir el estacionamiento aun cuando prácticamente les regale 4000 pesos más al darme una habitación básica

Las habitaciones, super sucias, viejas, nos cambiaron 4 veces de habitacion, parecía una broma
En una apareció suciedad de un animal en la mesa de la nada, despues de salir a cenar, la siguiente no estaba limpia cuando ya nos habian dicho que estaba lista, la siguiente no funcionaba el aire acondicionado.
Al final nos enviaron a una de las nuevas que están remodelando y estuvo bien, solo creo que nadie en sus vacaciones debería de pasar por todo eso.
El colmo fue que en la habitacion de mis tios les robaron un reloj! Solo te piden levantar reporte pero no hacen nada

Me he quedado muchas veces 😃. Y sigo prefiriendo su lugar. Muy agradable. Comes también muy rico en el restaurante. Los chefs de lujo. Y tranquilo siempre.
Cómo todo algunas instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento. Pero la realidad es por el desgaste diario y desafortunadamente los desafíos de la naturaleza.
Y lo que creo que si podrían mejorar es la organización en el área de recepción de vehículos. Tal ves formar a los que van a hospedarse de un lado y del otro los que van llegando que ya están dentro del hotel para que sea más rápido el acceso. Igual y puede un camarero estar preguntando para no esperar tanto para el auto. Pues a veces venimos de ciudades más lejos y ya cansados...tenemos que esperar a que desempaquen las maletas. Aunque ya estemos otros en recepción. Podría ser una buena sugerencia.
