The food in the condominio restaurant is awesome
Probably AC was a bit noisy but overall no complains.
The property was in a excellent location along the main avenue. There are shops, restaurants, and is right next to the beach! Their pool was huge and very well kept. The views from the rooms were incredible.
The toilet in our room was a little faulty at times but didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Fuimos en buena época, no muy concurrido. Excelente atención, desayuno increíble. Acceso a la playa y piscinas directa. Decidimos quedarnos un día más. Todo hermoso.
Deberían ofrecer algún descuento en servicios extra. Pero en general bien.
I liked cleanliness, nice staff and very helpful, and the location, it's close to the most interesting places in Acapulco. Definitely, I will stay here in the future.
Just one thing I was disappointed, I requested a crib for my granddaughter, and it hasn't mattress instead of it, has two pillows. It was very uncomfortable and my little baby wasn't used it.

La atención del personal desde la llegada fue lo mejor del lugar muy atentos en todo momento.
Las piscinas lo mejor del lugar.
Desafortunadamente me tocó una unidad en piso bajo por lo que no tuve la mejor vista a la playa, adicional, la habitación que me tocó ya estaba muy descuidadaz varios muebles viejos y ya con problemas de mantenimiento, el agua de la regadera costaba mucho trabajo cerrarla en su totalidad, entiendo que están en remodelaciones en estos momentos por lo que espero en mi próxima visita pueda obtener una de las habitaciones renovadas.
Hotel incrível, com quarto vista mar, cama confortável. Quarto tem até cafeteira e deixam café todo dia para fazer no quarto. Café da manhã espetacular, localização incrível. Algumas coisas no quarto são mais antigas e precisariam de uma reforma, mas mesmo assim, incrível o hotel

Las habitaciones muy mal, los baños pequeños la regadera me quedaba en la cara y salia muy poca agua, el gym con maquinas muy viejas y no funcionaban

La ubicación, la gente que se hospeda ahí, la suciedad de la playa provocada por el tipo de gente que no sabe para que son los botes de basura. El mar tenía basura

Only amenities next to beach were nice. This hotel absolutely not deserved the amount we paid, for 2 family we paid around 900 dollar for 2 nights 2 rooms. They changed our room after we complained but it was wasting time. Be careful when you book the rooms.
The location of breakfast awful in first day. We have waited around 25 minutes in line for breakfast. The meals and fruits were not delicious and dishes were not clean. It is better to get non breakfast include and have your breakfast out of hotel. We also had lunch but meals were not delicious at all.
