Great view of the Ocean
Include shower cap for females in rooms
Excellent breakfast options, constantly reassured by seeing members of staff tidying up the hotel, both inside and out. Fantastic staff at reception, accommodating our request for a late check out. Great shower and having adjoining rooms made such a difference. Fantastic location next to the beach, made even better by it being a quieter area along the beach
Very little not to like. The WiFi could be slightly stronger, but that was all

The hot breakfast offerings were inedible, sausage links tasted like they were old and freezer burnt, eggs were runny. The cold offerings were adequate

Elevators are small two people with luggage and it's full. Bu5 i was on vacation so really was not 8n a rush.
We arrive at 3pm for a 4pm check in. Had to wait nearly 3 hours for our room. They gave us a room on the 10th floor so my husband asked for a lower floor as he is scared of heights and that took another hour. So we basically had to wait 4 hours to get a room. That wasted pretty much the 1st day. We were so upset we just checked out the next morning and went home. We will never stay there again.

Marijuana reeked the hall
Rooms were nice and comfortable. Convenience to the beach and stores. Staff was friendly
The parking was horrible. You had to pay to park and there was not enough parking for the hotel. If someone parked across from you, it was very hard to get out without hitting something. I also did not like that it was hard to grab and slide the bathroom door, could use a knob. Maybe need to buy more towels as there was a shortage.
None I found roaches on my bedroom y bed and bathroom

The rooms are outdated and during our stay there were roaches in our room and the toilet ran all night

The elevator was way too small and slow, the towels u have to check out when getting out of pool definitely not what I expected

I love this property! It's a great location...it is right by the boardwalk and pier! The food truck is parked beside the hotel everyday too!
I like the part of the hotel that is indoors. There are rooms that are only assessable from the outside of the building.
