Once I got to the hotel took forever for our room to be ready they also charged me $17 for parking and when we finally got our room house keeping was still working on our room and got mad with us for being there

I like they gave me a full refund

Cons:

I did not like the fact I booked a month and a half in advance. And the over booked and did not give me the ocean front I paid for, this would have been my second stay and both times they charged 85.00 for parking but can not guarantee parking.
And be belive it or not there over flow parking is 5 blocks away.
I will never book them again.

Overall, the stay was pretty decent. Definitely could use a few upgrades.
Pros:

Beach front view was good. Breakfast was good. Pool was convenient.

Cons:

Parking was extremely tight. No housekeeping unless you request it. the three towels, they provide only last one day. The shower curtain provides hardly any protection from the whole bathroom floor, getting soaking wet. The tile floors in the room get very dirty real quick cannot walk on the floor on your bare feet. Carpet would be more convenient.

Pros:

Best location next to the pier and a short walk the boardwalk. Beach was beautiful and very peaceful. Ocean deck right next door is a great asset for food and beverages.
