Good staff and helpful

Fire pits and seating areas were nice
Room had no place to unpack, no dresser and very little shelves. A/C unit was noisy

Quite time 11 pm should be 10 pm. Breakfast, coffee and fruit bar , juice, coffee,fruit. 8am should be 7am. Should have some softer, lower profile pillows.
Location, cleanliness, and service.
Joli terrain gazonné et vaste, belle piscine et très propre, feux en soirée agréables. Parc et panier de basket pour les familles en plus a même le terrain de l’hôtel.
Le Check in est sensé être à 15:00. À 14:30 lors de mon arrivée, on m’a dit que ce n’était pas prêt (ce qui est ok) et de revenir pour 15. De retour à 15:30, je check-in, me rend à ma chambre, mais la femme de ménage est dans la chambre. Je lui demande le délai: 10 minutes. Finalement, c’est à 16:10 que j’ai pu entrer dans ma chambre. De plus, le matin, je ne me suis pas vraiment sentit la bienvenue dans le lobby pour le « déjeuner » (barres tendres, oranges, pommes, jus et café seulement), on ne m’a même pas regardé entrer ni sortir (3x) sans bonjour à mon arrivée. Seulement une fois un have a good Day.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help, making our stay comfortable and memorable. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.
The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was warm, peaceful, and inviting. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here.

The room was nothing like described online. The carpet was old and dingy. The furniture was old and in poor condition, particularly the chair which was old and uncomfortable and had stains. We did not have a terrace as advertised and the room was small and cramped, and not as described online. The room was not soundproofed. Make sure to read the free "breakfast" description! Very disappointing.
