Pros:

I got an exceptional rate using Booking for my room. The hotel was a short drive to the beach and downtown Seal Beach. It was quiet and clean. The pool was the perfect temperature and I wish I would have used it more, but the purpose of my trip was to be down at the beach. The jacuzzi could have been hotter, it wasn't even as hot as a bathtub could be. The stay was peaceful, and there was plenty of open seating outside to relax and read a book or hangout with friends. I appreciated the small fridge and microwave!

Cons:

The mattress was a little softer than I would like. But, I prefer a firm mattress. And, the blackout curtains didn't want to stay overlapping, but I found a fix. There was a staff member that kept going in and out of a gate by the pool. He did it for a long time. And each time the gate slammed shut. It was annoying as I was trying to nap in the sun on one of the lounge chairs. I wish he would have just propped open the gate while he was working or at least try to prevent it from slamming closed. These were little things. Overall the place is great, clean and a good value. The staff is friendly and seem to actually like each other and enjoy their work. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel with good amenities
Pros:

Hotel is nice and in a convenient location but be advised if the power goes out that your out of luck in everything be use there is no generator. The dining staff are great. Breakfast is yummy as long as there is power. The rooms have all the needed amenities. Pool and hottub are small but nice.

Our stay was exceptional and unexpected for a smaller town of Seal beach.
Pros:

The Rooms were very nice and clean and comfortable. The Hotel was a great value for the exceptional quality they provided. The Breakfast was hot and fresh. They provided a wide variety of foods and Pancakes on request. The outdoor patio was peaceful and relaxing for an early morning coffee.

Cons:

I would have liked to see coffee service available later into the day. They did provide hot water and tea 24/7 and the front desk did provide me hot water when they had run out at 5pm. I would have liked hard boiled eggs during breakfast as an option and some fresh berries or fruit. The pastries they provided were much better than you would find at any hotel breakfast.
