It was okay for my stay, but wouldn't go back there.
Pros:

The location is amazing, for the event I was attending. Ensure that evey place is easy to reach and the trains were very accessible.

Cons:

They had difficulty understanding english which meant that communication was tricky. The rooms did not feel very clean esepcially the carpets and the walls in the rooms.

Väldigt trevlig
Pros:

Bra läge nära mysiga området Schanzenviertel. Fint och fräscht hotell som helt motsvarade förväntningarna. Bra parkering i garaget. Tyvärr fungerade inte elbilsladdarna när vi var där men positivt att det finns i vanliga fall. Jättetrevlig personal.

Cons:

Något dyr frukostavgift i jämförelse med andra hotell.

Buen hotel, con faltantes. Malo para viajes de trabajo
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado y buena limpieza. EL personal muy mable y las habitaciones estaban bien.

Cons:

El Wifi era malisimo, casi que no se podia usar. No tiene gimnasio y no tiene plancha para la ropa.
Estando tancerca del 2 centros de conveciones, tiene que tener plancha.

Hier fühle ich mich richtig versrscht

Die Lage zur Messe war super.

Cons:

Ich bin von diesem Hotel sehr enttäuscht und werde dort nicht noch einmal übernachten. Auch weiterempfehlen würden wir dieses Hotel definitiv nicht.

Obwohl ich ein Zweibettzimmer mit getrennten Betten gebucht hatte, erhielt ich zunächst ein Einzelzimmer. Als Lösung wollte das Personal mir lediglich ein zweites Kopfkissen und eine zweite Bettdecke geben – das ist natürlich kein Ersatz für ein gebuchtes Zweibettzimmer. Den Eindruck, dass das Hotel überbucht war und dies auf diese Weise zu lösen versuchte, konnte ich nicht vermeiden.

Auch andere Mitglieder unserer 13-köpfigen Reisegruppe hatten dieselben Probleme. Teilweise waren ebenfalls drei Beschwerden notwendig, bis sie das gebuchte Zimmer erhielten. Andere bekamen sogar nur ein zusätzliches Kopfkissen angeboten, obwohl sie ein Zimmer mit getrennten Betten gebucht hatten.

Erst nach der dritten Beschwerde bekamen wir schließlich die Zimmer, die wir ursprünglich gebucht hatten. Die ganze Diskussion hat so viel Zeit gekostet, dass wir in dieser Zeit längst die Innenstadt hätten besichtigen können.

Zusätzlich gab es weitere Probleme an der Rezeption. Mein Zimmer sollte zweimal abgebucht werden. Bei mehreren Personen aus unserer Reisegruppe wurde behauptet, es gäbe andere Gäste mit demselben Nachnamen. Da es sich um sehr ungewöhnliche Nachnamen handelte, erschien diese Erklärung wenig glaubwürdig.

Besonders enttäuschend war, dass es trotz der offensichtlichen Fehler keinerlei Entgegenkommen seitens des Hotels gab. Weder erhielten wir eine aufrichtige Entschuldigung noch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit als Wiedergutmachung für den entstandenen Ärger.

Insgesamt hat der Check-in unnötig viel Zeit, Nerven und Geduld gekostet. Für eine Reisegruppe von 13 Personen war das absolut inakzeptabel. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung werden wir dieses Hotel weder erneut buchen noch weiterempfehlen.
