The only thing I didn’t like was the lady working the night shift. Was asleep on the couch. I was trying to ask for another blanket.

Pros:

Location to our concert venue. Was surprised to not only get a delicious breakfast,but also dinner.

Cons:

Our room wasn't ready on time because of housekeeping issues. But upon checkout they compensated us. Staff was super nice.

Pros:

I love the privacy of the parking, I know we’ll be safe. The location to the arena is great. The staff at the restaurant were so nice. The front desk staff was kind and no matter what time it was, the gas a smile their face.

Cons:

Our view was the dumpsters and the highway. Very minimal complaints really. It was a great stay.

Absolutely EVERYTHING is Awesome Here!
The Location was perfect and a short walk to Nationwide Arena. The Staff went Above and beyond honoring my special requests (Room with a view) very tidy, quiet & it was a spectacular suite indeed!
The front desk staff was extremely busy but man, they smiled, stayed calm and helpful through it all, we were impressed.
The Bartenders Sabrina and Caitlyn were so helpful and gave my son and I were going to Barry Manilow and they gave us great pointers on where to go and just were so Friendly.
Our server "Day" was as pretty and friendly as could be, fast service too! The Pizza and soft pretzels were delicious.
We Loved the dinners and full delicious breakfast (included with your stay) but don't lolygag on getting there first because it gets busy.
It's So nice you get to use a key card to park your car right in the hotel garage area, a very nice touch.
We WILL ALWAYS COME BACK TO Columbus DRURY Plaza Hotel, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!
We love the one in Cleveland also.
