Nos realizaron un cobro por "fumar" dentro de la habitación, que porque el detector de humo lo detectó, ni mi esposo, ni yo fumamos, nunca, menos en un hotel y con nuestra bebé. No nos resolvieron el problema ni contaban con evidencia suficiente para establecer que se fumó en la habitación.

Lovely from start to finish.
Pros:

Location was a perfect distance to the airport, and we appreciated the accessible shuttle. The hotel was also very clean and nicely updated. Rooms were a great size and very clean, and it was nice to have a restaurant on site, which was open fairly late. Overall, we had a great experience.

Cons:

Nothing. It really was a perfect stay, which is what we needed since our flight was canceled and this was a last minute booking.

Very clean, convenient location, will stay here again!
Pros:

The staff was great when we checked in! Gave us waters, a great explanation of the facilities and shuttle. We were leaving too early to enjoy the restaurant but having a Starbucks in the lobby with an early flight out was very convenient!

Cons:

We heard from multiple people, don’t walk around the hotel properties. Apparently it’s a high crime area. We felt very safe inside the hotel and had zero issues. I would have never known that was a possible issue.
