Pros:

Very clean & comfortable..the front desk staff was very accommodating, especially the gentleman when we checked in on Tuesday evening. The location with access to downtown was great. We would stay here again!

Cons:

The steep parking lot/stall width/difficult to maneuver.

Pros:

The place is great, the rooms are big and the bed is pretty comfortable. Our stay was calm and relaxing, the staff was great, there´s plenty of free parking area, but the only thing I found as a weakness was the location ONLY if you are planning to be at downtown Victoria, otherwise, if you are planing to move in the surroundings or going elsewhere the place is ok . Its a bit far from downtown, also the closest pharmacy store is 8-10 min by car, we were able to move easily because we move in our own car. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Television in room was painful to find a Chanel and could only get one Chanel. Poor.

Pros:

The room and bed were excellent. Easy to get an Uber to where I wanted to go.

Cons:

No dinner restaurants within walking distance. Staff could not tell me what restaurants would deliver food. I ended up using Uber eats, which worked well.

Clean and comfortable place for a short stay.
Pros:

The room was very clean and had everything necessary. The alarm clock had several usb ports - very convenient and thoughtful. The room was quiet, even though facing the parking lot in front of the hotel.

Cons:

The AC (a window unit) is loud - I wouldn't have wanted to sleep with it on. Glad I didn't need it on that day, but a note to customers booking for hot weather.

Good value stay
Pros:

The hotel is easy to find. The room was acceptable, large enough for 2 people and the beds were comfortable. The shower and sanitary facilities were of a good standard. While providing a good standard of room the hotels offering itself is quite basic, and their description suggests no different. The location and site is shared with a hire car company though the car park is zoned to reflect dual use. There are excellent diners and a restaurants within a short distance form the hotel.

Cons:

More tea and coffee facilities would have been nice. The air conditioner unit was very noisy, though effective, meaning it could not be used at night and the room could get very warm during the night (we stayed in July and the weather was not exceptionally warm. Decor of the hotel is a little dramatic and will not be to all guest tastes, though we overlooked it and it did not impact our stay.

A No Frills Accommodation. Great location.
Pros:

Modest bedroom with limited space. Enough space to walk around the bed. The bathroom was more spacious.

The room met my expectations, as advertised. What I saw on the Internet, I got. No surprises.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The location is amazingly close to all the places we needed to visit. The staff are supper friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean and smell nice.
And its really quiet 🤫 and kids friendly, no smoking .
The kids and I love it,and would definitely book for our next visit.
