Adequate.
Pros:

Location was central to everything. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

Sloped parking shared with National auto rentals. The drug addicts roaming the area. They never cleaned our room, we stayed for 4 nights and they only replaced the toilet paper and took all towels - didn’t replace washcloths or bath mat or kitchen towel. Did not vacuum or even make the bed or change the sheets.

Cons:

no lift, so if you have mobility issues please ask them ground floor before booking. The staff is nice they might be able to help.

Die kleine Küche in 201 war recht neu und gut ausgestattet! Betten bequem. Bad ausreichend groß. Schnelles Internet. Ruhig. Subway/Pizza auch fussläufig erreichbar.

Great little hotel at an affordable price. We’ll be back!
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised by the Arbutus Inn and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice and helped us with all our questions. The room was super clean, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The area was quiet even though the surrounding neighborhood was sort of sketchy. Also, we walked to a good breakfast restaurant across the street and Tim Hortons was a block away. The city bus stopped close by and went right downtown.

Cons:

The lobby needed a remodel or at least a deep cleaning. It was a bit shabby.
