It was okay apart from the beds

Pros:

The room was so clean and good location to downtown.

Cons:

We checked in like before 5pm .No AC in our room and so hot when we came in our room.I mentioned to the front desk before we went to our bed, he just suggested just open your window.i hope the Manager can do something about this .

Convenient location and good value for money
Pros:

The room was very quiet despite being on a busy street. Is nicer inside than the exterior would suggest. Was walking distance to what we needed. Was good value- most hotels in Victoria are very overpriced. Fresh flowers in the lobby were a nice touch. Would stay again.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit tired / dated, but this was not a big deal for us. Parking is a bit tight when you have a big vehicle like we did ( truck ) because it’s taken up by rental car parking.

Nicely finished but not a longer stay suite. Lack of general amenities.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. We needed extra space and the separate bedroom worked well for work and sorting things.

Cons:

The kitchen had virtually nothing in it - one dull knife (paring knife- bread knife- utility/carving needed) - near impossible to make a meal. Air conditioners at full did not cool well. Coin only drink machine?

Place was clean, nice walk to the gorge, part of a car rental place, it was comfortable.

Gutes Hotel
Pros:

Zweibettzimmer ist ausreichend groß, mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffee/Teezubehör ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem, das Bad ist gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Busstation ist gegenüber und man kommt schnell in die Innenstadt. Wir würden wieder kommen

Felt peaceful, comfortable and home away from home.

It was nice, felt homely, simple and elegant, I stayed with my 3 year old, having a cooking range, oven and vessels were very helpful.
