Madrid done right!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful, booking wonderful authentic restaurants. Gorgeous breakfast to start the day, fabulous location easy to walk most places or hop on the tube outside

Por dentro de un edificio raro. Hasta llegar a la habitación tienes que recorrer todo el Hotel y luego las habitaciones si llegan por un pasillo muy estrecho y son pequeñas dando un patio

Solid well located hotel that tries really hard to elevate the Melia experience but falls a bit short
Pros:

Great location, amazing gym and sauna/steam room and pool. The library space is great to chill or work. Staff was polite and rooms were nice. Good cost benefit. Check in and check out were smooth.

Cons:

It’s a bit bigger than I expected. The breakfast rush was confusing, only one guy seemed to really know what he was going; he was in charge of coffee most days and the day he wasn’t there it was chaos.
