Solid well located hotel that tries really hard to elevate the Melia experience but falls a bit short
Pros:

Great location, amazing gym and sauna/steam room and pool. The library space is great to chill or work. Staff was polite and rooms were nice. Good cost benefit. Check in and check out were smooth.

Cons:

It’s a bit bigger than I expected. The breakfast rush was confusing, only one guy seemed to really know what he was going; he was in charge of coffee most days and the day he wasn’t there it was chaos.

Un hotel magnífico para visitar Madrid
Pros:

La atención del personal muy agradable, el servicio de restaurante muy bueno, la piscina y la decoración del hotel es magnífica.

Cons:

Que las camas individuales no están debidamente separadas ni bien tendidas. El closet es una estructura de hierro que parece estar incompleta.

Very friendly staff, decent location, clean, but overpriced.
Pros:

Super friendly staff, clean rooms and decent location. Breakfast was nice: choice of one menu item (good quality) and buffet. The breakfast buffet was good, but not "excellent".
The rooms, although very small, were clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The rooms are VERY small. We had read this from previous reviews, however, despite this we were still surprised with how small they were. There is not even a closet! The spa/pool area is also small and not very "cosy" with passing foot traffic. All in all nice hotel, but overpriced for what you get.
The quality of the restaurant could also improve (although it was not bad, but again not good value-for-money).

Gorgeous, elegant, great location, art-infused

Cons:

The thermostat in our room seemed to be set at a fairly warm temperature, we could change it but the limit didn’t allow the room to become cool enough for comfortable sleeping.
