The staff were excellent—very helpful and detail-oriented. The free shuttle service was amazing, and they also offer parking at a very reasonable rate if you need to leave your car for a few days.
Overall, great value. The breakfast was superb and served in a really nice seating area. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I also really appreciated the complimentary water, tea, and coffee available throughout the day. A very comfortable and convenient stay.
The only downside is that the I believe the walls are quite thin, so you can really hear what’s going on in the next room. If you’re sensitive to noise, this is something to keep in mind. Apart from that, I had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was horrible for the amount I paid for 2 rooms. The family didn’t enjoy that.
Most of all I got stuck in the elevator with 3 other people. It was for about 3 mins but still not good.

I got stuck in the elevator…me my husband and two other guest. It was the first elevator and I was terrified.
The location was good. Most of the staff was friendly, but one of the managers was pretty terrible.
There was one particular manager, who was deliberately rude. On the night before departure when I reserved a shuttle to the airport, the manager on Duty at the time told me I was the only passenger so I could show up whenever was convenient between 4:00 and 4:30. The next morning I showed up at 4:15 and the new manager on Duty at that time told me I would have to wait till 5 o’clock because I was supposed to be there on the hour exactly. When I explained that the manager the night before had told me it was fine to be there at that time. She told me she did not care. Luckily another friendlier employee walked up and volunteered to take my family to the airport so we did not have to hire private service to take us to the airport.
My children enjoyed the pool, and breakfast.
Close to freeway
It smells like a sewer , staff does not care and blaming the neighbors instead of fixing their sewer problems
Liked the space of the room.
Was told online and on the site there was free parking but then had to pay a 75 dollar fee for parking. Also my rooms faucet for the sink smelled terrible and the water was not good at all. But the water in the shower was fine.
