Excellent staff Dominque our shuttle driver put us at ease after a long day of traveling from South Carolina

Currently undergoing upgrades and our new room was perfect

Cons:

Our room lacked a dresser but we planned on working out if our suitcase as we only stayed one night before our cruise

Our stay was great. My family enjoyed it especially the swimming pool. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming.
Pros:

I liked that the property was next to the family fun center and we could just walk there.

Cons:

I honestly can’t say anything that I didn’t like about the property.

HOT TUB ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, makes you wonder about the cleanliness of facilities!!
Pros:

Breakfast was good. We rented this hotel because of the hot tub to relax, BUT THE HOT TUB ONLY HAD 1 JET WORKING PROPERLY, THE OTHER JETS BARLEY PUT OUT ANYTHING AND SOME DID NOT WORK AT ALL!!!! Very disappointed in that!!!!!!!!!!! Would not recommend due to lack of facilities upkeep and properly working!!!

Pros:

The suite room with king and two queens was really nice for our family. The pool is really unique for a Comfort Inn. Front desk staff were friendly/helpful. Breakfast was good. We got a good deal with Booking.com compared to the hotel's own rates.

Cons:

When we asked to add a night stay we were told we would need to do that through Booking.com as they could not offer the same rate for another night. This also meant we likely would not stay in the same room.

The beds were super hard. I didn't get any good sleep sadly. I also found dark hair on my bedding but I didn't complain since I know it happens and it is what it is.
