Unparalleled Excellence
Pros:

Austria Haus is easily one of my favorite hotels ever. My family and I stayed there recently during our first time in Vail, and I can’t say enough about the level of excellence in every detail. The staff was incredible, the rooms were comfortable and elegant, and the daily breakfast was top-notch and featured a wide variety of hearty options. The location was so convenient - central to all our Vail Village activities (especially dining and the farmers markets); and although everything was walkable, the bus service is a few steps away if desired. 100% recommend and I wouldn’t even consider staying elsewhere if we go to Vail again.

Great stay and staff
Pros:

Great stay. We’ll be back for sure. We usually stay at the Grand Hyatt in Vail but we’ll be switching to this hotel. Big rooms, ours had a great balcony, great breakfast included, excellent location, friendly staff. Easy walk to Ford Amphitheater. Everything we needed and could have asked for.

Charming Small Luxury Hotel with Perfect Location & Attentive Service
Pros:

Quiet room despite its prime location. Well appointed light-filled room and bathroom. On a couple of warm June days I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, air conditioning and humidifier (I could have used two of those it was so dry). Warm, knowledgeable service from Paul, Valentina and porters. Lovely included breakfast which can be enjoyed on the patio by the pool overlooking Gore Creek and Vail Mountain. Extensive breakfast included made-to-order omelets with crisp bacon; on another day, scrambled eggs and homemade green chili. Also cold cuts, yogurt, granola /muesli, fresh fruit, berries and breads. Great coffee. At check-in time, there are cookies. Charming in every way!

European charm in the heart of Vail Village
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at Austria Haus. The staff was warm and accommodating and very thoughtful, ensuring I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel has European charm and right on the river, I appreciated that the Breakfast had multiple option options, including fresh fruit, and homemade granola. I'm very persnickety about my bedding and I found the pillows extremely comfortable. I would return without hesitation.

Pros:

I was visiting with my brother for just one night, and I must praise Paul and Benjamin at the front desk. Their service was truly out of the ordinary. They went above and beyond, and I will definitely come back again!

A Five Star Hotel and Experience

Had never been to this property before. We will be back - which is the ultimate affirmation! ! Our experience far exceeded our expectations.
Property is conveniently located in the heart of the Vail community providing easy access to dining, shopping, attractions and places of interest.
Hotel staff are exceptional, friendly and delightful to visit with - especially Paul at the front desk.
Room was well appointed. HVAC and TV worked perfectly and were easy to use. Internet worked perfectly.
Breakfast was complete and delicious. Dining area cute and very pleasant.
Hotel condition was excellent. Parking was convenient. The Austrian theme was nicely carried throughout the property. Upkeep was apparent everywhere. Everything worked. Furnishings lovely. Exterior and interior were in great shape.

Affordable Luxory in Vail Village

Perfect location in the heart of Vail Village! Easy access to restaurants, trails and transportation! The rooms are spacious with a luxurious feel. Paul was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and was sincere in his desire to provide an exceptional guest experience. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Warm stay in Vail
