Pros:

Pentru a 5-a oară la acest hotel. Ne place confortul (este singurul hotel unde am avut parte de perne si pilote din puf/pene). Locatia foarte bună, piscina si sauna un mare avantaj. Magazinele din apropiere. Orașul Kaarst din imediata apropiere. Micul dejun variat si delicios. Ne întoarcem de fiecare data cu același plăcere.

Cons:

Nu este un lucru care mi-a displacut, dar e un lucru care poate fi îmbunătățit si anume curățenia din baie, rostul gresiei si al siliconului de la cada avea multe puncte de mucegai.

Die mega super freundliche Dame ( Dunkele Haare mit Brille) am Empfang. Leider habe ich vergessen nach Ihrem Namen zu fragen. Haben spontan gebucht von 24.5 auf den 25.5 . Ich kam mit dem online Einchecken nicht klar. Sie hat alles sofort gemacht. Traumhaft wenn man so eine Angestellte hat. So eine Angestellte hat eine Gehaltserhöhung mehr als verdient. Kommen wieder.
