A disappointing end to what was a great holiday.
Pros:

Clean room. The bar was impressive and the staff friendly - about the only good point. Surprising that the bar offered three brandies - all French! The best brandy (or Weinbrandt) in my opinion is German under the brand of Asbach Uralt and was noticeable by it's absence!

Cons:

To start with, the fact that I had to pay to park the car! On arrival at reception, I explained that I was disabled and possessed a British disabled badge asking if it was acceptable for me to park in a disabled bay. It took a while for the receptionist to understand what I was saying but then she explained the parking charge and that she would waive it - what she did not explain was that she was giving me a replacement car park pass with my key. The next morning, my husband queried the need to pay to leave the car park and was told quite adamantly by the receptionist on duty that parking was not free and that he must pay regardless of the fact that I am disabled, which he did. On checking out, he found the free car park pass in with the second room key and when he showed this to the receptionist the only reaction on her part was to insist on the return of the 'free' pass and no offer of a return of the paid fee. THIS IS THE ONLY TIME I HAVE STAYED AT A MEMBER OF THE ACCORD GROUPAND HAD TO PAY FOR CAR PARKING!
The hotel appeared to be accommodating several national cycling teams and I was amazed to see them monopolising the lifts to transport their cycles up to their rooms for routine maintenance before the day's events - causing inconvenience to other guests.
Having spent the previous three wee ks in Bavaria, I was less than impressed with the offerings at breakfast compared with what I have seen in less prestigious hotels over the last 20years in Germany.
Overall, based on this experience I think this will be my last stay in a Mercure hotel.

Waste of money, I could’ve booked a place without spa facilities and saved money.
Pros:

The staffs.

Cons:

They market about spa facilities, but the pool is so small to fit even 6 strange adults, the sauna was so small to fit 3 adults.

schöne Lage das Hotels im Grünen
Pros:

Das Zimmer allgemein, die Boxspringbetten, die Sauberkeit, das umfangreiche Frühstück, für jeden ist etwas dabei,
Parken ohne Gebühr ist außerhalb des Hotelgeländes möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

die Minibar hat gefehlt , sollte eigentlich vorhanden sein. Der Fluglärm bei offenem Fenster. Das Mitbringen von Hunden im Frühstücksbereich

Super an der Autobahn gelegen und genügend Parkplätze...
Pros:

Schnelle zügige Abfertigung. Parken direkt vor dem Hause. sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung an die Autobahn. Ideal für eine kurze schnelle Übernachtung.

Cons:

Keine große Möglichkeit auf "grün" mit Hund Gassi zu gehen. Fluglärm beträchtlich. Frühstück durchschnittlich und keine weizenfreie Gebäck.
