The renowned Beefbar Cannes restaurant, located at Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic, is open year-round from noon to midnight. Cannes is a vibrant city hosting a multitude of cultural, professional, and festive events throughout the year; this may result in inconveniences due to crowds, such as noise or the presence of large-scale installations across the city—particularly along the Croisette, at the beach, and at the Palais des Festivals. We recommend checking the schedule of upcoming events prior to your arrival by visiting the websites of the Palais des Festivals or the City of Cannes. Access to the Spa at Hôtel Le Majestic allows guests to enjoy treatments, massages, and a sensory area for an additional fee. Special conditions and additional charges may apply for bookings of 9 rooms or more. Please note that the credit card used to guarantee or pay for the reservation must be presented at check-in, along with a valid form of identification matching the name on the card. As the number of sunbeds at our private beach, Mademoiselle Gray, is limited, availability cannot be guaranteed without a prior reservation. A Wonderful Hotel Experience
A truly wonderful hotel experience that reminds you what old-school hospitality is all about. The service here is of a very high standard, with those classic hotel traditions that seem increasingly rare today.
I especially appreciated the little details: the chocolate bar at night, the evening turndown service before bed, professional and attentive reception staff, warm and smiling waiters, and genuinely thoughtful service throughout the stay. Everything feels elegant, personal and well cared for.
The rooms may be a little dated in places, but honestly, that did not take away from the experience. The hotel clearly knows how to maintain its standards and, most importantly, knows what true hospitality means.
A big thank you to the entire team for keeping this level of service alive. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates quality, tradition and genuinely professional hospitality.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr genossen und uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns die herzliche und sympathische Ausstrahlung der Mitarbeitenden. Insbesondere das Frühstückspersonal war äusserst aufmerksam, freundlich und warmherzig. Auch an der Rezeption wurden wir jederzeit mit einem Lächeln empfangen und bei unseren Anliegen gerne und unkompliziert unterstützt. Das Reinigungspersonal auf der Etage begegnete uns immer sehr freundlich und arbeiteten sorgfältig.
Besonders angenehm fanden wir die Möglichkeit, am Abreisetag noch den Courtesy Room nutzen zu können. So konnten wir nach einem letzten Strandaufenthalt noch einmal in Ruhe duschen und uns frisch machen.
Wir hatten zudem das Glück, ein Upgrade in eine Suite zu erhalten. Die Suite war sehr grosszügig und bot mit dem grossen Balkon sowie mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten mit Tisch und Sofas viel Platz zum Entspannen. Auch die Betten waren äusserst bequem, sodass wir sehr gut geschlafen haben. Sehr gute Klimaanlage, was essenziell ist in dieser Sommerhitze.
Ich finde das Minibar System nicht ansprechend, da die Getränke in fixen kleinen Abteilungen eingeordnet waren, was mühsam war, um eigene Getränke oder Nahrungsmittel zu kühlen. Aber das ist ein Detail.
