Πάρα πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο και εξυπηρετικό και η κυρία μαίρη η υπεύθυνη δεν υπάρχουν λόγια έτοιμη να εξυπηρετήσει σε ότι χρειαστεί όλα τέλεια ευχαριστούμε για τη διαμονή μας και της όμορφες στιγμές του περάσαμε και σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε

Ruined the end of my holiday

All of it ....dirty....uncomfortable bed hard. Patio door when opened fell as was only on one hinge. Hair in corners....shower dirty taps needed a good clean. Shows 5 star rating but did not meet this criteria. Very expensive for no comeback

Pros:

La piscina es muy bonita, tienen musica y buen ambiente, (las camas de la piscina y toallas estan un poco viejitas) . El personal fue muy amable. Maria de la recepción fue estupendamente amable y alegre, nos hizo sentir muy bien al llegar al hotel y al irnos.
El amanecer se ve muy bonito.
La comida a la carta estaba muy buena y barata.

terrible experience, from the management and the hotel manager from the hotel. We were robbed, took money for services that were not provided. They brazenly refused to give us the money.

We booked the Smy Mediterranean White Santorini hotel through Booking, where misleading photos and misleading information about the level of the hotel were posted.

On 08/29/26, during the initial check-in, we encountered gross violations of the rules and deception of us as customers.
The hotel photos are misleading, and the place absolutely does not correspond to what was stated on Booking. The hotel stinks, it is completely dirty, everything is sticky with dirt, the toilet flush in the lobby does not work.
There is no equipped beach for swimming. The beach near the hotel is represented by a natural rocky shore, unsuitable for swimming. The beach without a lifeguard, toilets, a restaurant and with open drainage/sewer pipes on the sand is nothing like what was described.

The doors to the restaurant are dirty - it was disgusting to touch them.
There is also nothing to eat outside - the infrastructure around is completely absent.
There are no taverns or restaurants nearby. The place is deserted. All we encountered was poor-quality fast food.

The Smy Mediterranean White Santorini Hotel positions itself as a beach hotel, but this is not true - the nearest normal beach is at a distance that the hotel staff offers to overcome for 40 euros.
To get to the sea suitable for swimming, you need to take a taxi every day for 40 euros!. and buy sunbeds, and pay extra for sunbeds and an umbrella ‼️
This information was provided to us by the manager at the reception along with a map of these places, he reported this as a normal, everyday thing - no apologies or alternatives were offered.
I believe that this information should have been clearly indicated in the hotel description so that guests could adequately assess the compliance of the price and conditions.

It should be noted. Before booking, we checked the website about the beach - the answer was convincing: everything is fully equipped, there is all the infrastructure.

Cadre hydillique , belle piscine belle chambre et belle localisation

La nourriture de la demi pension n était absolument pas à la hauteur de la prestation qu'on attends du lieu :
Aliment congeler et dégeler au micro onde , des plats proposer dans le menu pas disponible , plat su jour indisponible , peu de choix varier dans les entree c est soit des salade ou des croustillant fromage ....
Les plats dégouline d huile et peu varier 3 choix de pâte pizza et des spécialités greg qui sont i disponible ....
Donc à choisir ne prenez pas la demi pension ...
Par contre la nourriture du pool bar est plis attrayante.... pourquoi ne pas la proposer dans le menu ....
