Best Hotel! Best People!
Pros:

We had been to this hotel in 2018 & 2019 and had a great experience then. So we came back and we would go nowhere else. Not only is it in a fine location to stay outside of the hustle and hustle of people traffic it is also a fantastic hotel with plenty of luxury.
Can't thank Dina, Maria, Elena & Marina enough for there warm welcome and help throughout the visit. Always nice to see happy faces on reception who enjoy a laugh. An absolute credit to the hotel. When we come back to Santorini we will be coming here.

Pros:

The stuff at the reception and pool bar were amazing, hospitality on its highest level. Pool is spacious and clean, music there is never too loud, it’s perfect for enjoying and relaxing. Mini market and beach are just couple minutes away.

Purtroppo il sevizio di alcuni camerieri e della cucina ha un po’ deluso.
Il “piatto del giorno” è il piatto di tutto il mese

Mi è piaciuta la piscina e soprattutto la camera perché dalla mia prenotazione mi aspettava in altra camera ma quella che mi è stata assegnata ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative

Pros:

Personalul a fost foarte prietenos, de ajutor și profesionist ( punctul forte al hotelului). Camera și incinta hotelului a fost foarte curată. Camera spațioasă cu facilități. Un loc liniștit in care poți sa te relaxezi fără sa fi deranjat de gălăgie și aglomerație. Zona de Piscine a fost plăcută, curată și relaxantă. Hotelul oferă facilități precum închiriere auto, ATV-uri, transport etc. La un preț mai accesibil față de alte locații.

Cons:

Micul dejun a fost foarte limitat și de proastă calitate, mai ales cafeaua. Meniul restaurantului a fost limitat, puține opțiuni. Locația este departe de zonele de atracție, orașe si plaje amenajate. Exista o stație de autobuz in apropierea hotelului dar autobuzul nu circula des are intarzieri și se oprește pe partea opusă.

Fantastic staff and service. Location not great
Pros:

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was feeling a little underwhelmed as it didn't seem as nice as the photos and was a little tired looking. My room was also very disappointing and old. However, the staff were all incredible and made me feel very welcome. I didnt enjoy the food there unfortunately and options at breakfast were extremely limited.

The hotel is also not close to anything and the bus service is unreliable. However, I rented an ATV which was reasonably priced for 24 hours hire and cheaper than getting multiple taxis. Walking anywhere is also difficult because there are main roads and no footpaths.

The hotel was also very quiet in the evenings with no vibe, so as a solo person, it was a little disappointing.

The staff really elevated the experience and it was very relaxing in the daytime by the pool. The cocktails were very good.

Although, I have mostly written negatives, I did enjoy myself overall and despite the room I had being outdated, it was very clean.

I would recommend to those looking to relax and dine out at local restaurants. I would highly suggest booking a vehicle to explore the island. Without a vehicle you may feel very restricted. It takes about 20-25mins to get to Oia.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή,σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε!!!Περάσαμε υπέροχα σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο.Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό,ευρύχωρο και με άνετο κρεβάτι.Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρευικά ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε.Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική.Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
