The lounge and happy hour were very nice, the room large and the beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly and lots of food options in, around and below the hotel.
We found one hair in the bathroom, but despite that everything else was very clean. Bottles of water only complimentary as a Hilton Honors member , which is a bit weird as the room rate is not cheap at all.

We did not have breakfast. Location is quite good, close to Morumbi shopping Mall and there is another smaller mall right under the hotel. Lots of places to eat and some shops like Havaianas and a pharmacy. Beds and pillows of Hilton quality and very comfortable.
Found a hair in the bathroom, but otherwise the room was very clean. Complimentary Wifi up to speed. The window cannot be opened, but the AC was working well.
