Pros:

Nice person at the front

Cons:

The bed in the room really sank alot and barely supported weight. Also, the sink in the bathroom had their faucet WAY too close to the sink and made it hard to wash your hands without touching the sink.

The location was excellent, with easy access to many of Victoria’s major attractions. I also appreciated the secure underground parking, which made our stay much more convenient.

Cons:

The coffee maker wasn’t working properly, which was a bit disappointing. There was also no kettle available for boiling water. In addition, no drinking water was provided—not even through a shared water cooler. Providing access to drinking water is a basic amenity that would greatly improve the guest experience. The area was also quite noisy due to nearby construction during our stay.

Pros:

Central to Victoria. We messaged the property first to ask them to look after our heavy cases during our visit to Victoria and they were very helpful. When we arrived with the bags there was no-one on reception (not really surprising given it was still morning) and the person cleaning the rooms couldn't really help (not really their role) but they called the manager who was most helpful. There were a good range of restaurants within walkind distance.

This hotel is withing walking distance from ferry port and downtown area. Very close to Chinatown.
Pros:

Walkable from ferry. Close to town and bus stops. We really enjoyed having 2 king beds for 4 people and the fridge and microwave in the room was nice.

Cons:

Needs some upkeep.
