Situated close to Harbour and Tourists Info. On Skybus route. Close to retail area. Free washing machine and dryer.
Very busy bus stop outside. Street cleaner and rubbish trucks everyday. Noisey at night. Shower cubicle very small.

Checkin was easy and staff were friendly and helpful.
We had an apartment located in the Annex building across from the main hotel accesble via stairs.
The bed was comfortable and the apartment had all the amenities we needed for our short stay.
Ample parking was available offsite a short stroll away.
You won't need an alarm clock. At 6am sharp the council workers start cleaning and sweeping the streets. The windows let a lot of noise in.

The location and the service
The location was great within easy walking distance to the shops and harbour. The room was huge with a lounge kitchen and bedroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The furniture was a bit dated and there wasn't a lot of light in the lounge.

The room was a little dusty. Also the remote to the TV did not work, probably flat batteries
Very comfortable room with heaps of space. Having a dining table was great. Plenty of storage, good bathroom. And a great position to nearby restaurants and tourist attractions.
