Cons:

Street noise. Honking and sirens well past 23:00. Shower is in slippery bathtub. Hotel said I had to add 18% VAT even though booking app said the price included VAT. Was forced to pay to get room. To their credit - they called me 2 days later and refunded me the 18%.
