Wonderful room, great staff, upgraded to jacuzzi/fireplace king suite that was really really nice! v
Pros:

The young lady who checked us in was great, very kind & friendly and helpful! We asked about restaurants open late (since we had arrived around 9:30 or 10:00, and if she knew of ones that might deliver, she got out some really helpful info sheets for a great pizza place and other restaurants in the area that delivered late. The hotel also surprisingly upgraded us to a really great suite with a jacuzzi and fireplace and separate bedroom area...it was super nice! They said they did that since we had booked earlier than a lot of the others who were staying there. We greatly appreciated it and thanked her! The room was great! Table & chairs, a little kitchen area, really nice jacuzzi and fireplace, nice bathroom and very comfortable king size bed in a separate room. We felt totally spoiled! It was great! Everything was also clean and nice! Didn't have time to use the pool and hot tub, but we did take advantage of breakfast in the morning. Overall a great stay! We were feeling like royalty!! The room and hotel were great. We would definitely recommend Comfort Inn & Suites Rapid City near Mt. Rushmore!

Cons:

The only 2 slight downsides...were:
1) It was located on the far side of Rapid City, so that made our trip from Mt. Rushmore a little longer than we would have liked, but it was worth it.
2) Breakfast could definitlely be improved. More and better choices and better quality.
However, we would definitely stay here again! Great place!

Great One Night Stay!
Pros:

We came in during the weekend and on a storm day so it was really busy but our check in staff was great and friendly. We had a great stay for the night.
