Excellent staff and stay
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and absolutely accommodating. They took our last minute reservation and handled it with professionalism. They allowed my children to use the pool a bit past closing time because of our late arrival. The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Average, would not go back.

It was, ok. That is it.

Cons:

The man at the desk when we arrived was in a T-shirt that looked like he picked it out of yesterday’s laundry bag, untucked. The elevator did not work in the morning and I (76 years) had to hump my bags and a cooler down the stairs. Not happy.

Hôtel bien situé, chambre typique américaine, grand parking devant l'hôtel.
Ascenseur, piscine avec grand toboggan, la piscine était à bonne température (29°C) et le spa était chaud (39°C).

Cons:

Prix de la chambre très haut en raison de Sturgis, personnel moyennement accueillant, fenêtre mal isolée aux bruits extérieurs, petit déjeuner moyen (habituel aux USA), chambre OK mais pas super propre, l'hotel a déjà quelques années et ca se ressent.

Fine for one night. NOT downtown! Had to Uber to go anywhere so be careful.
Pros:

Clean comfortable the usual for breakfast.

Cons:

No one available at front desk because he had maintenance job to do. But was super nice when he finally showed. Not his fault.
Elevator broken when we woke up so had to use stairs from 3rd floor. Not sure what happened with anyone ADA.
Smell of cleaning products is super strong and smells very chemically.

Affordable, fine night's stay
Pros:

Got in late and left early so we didn't experience much of the hotel but it was comfortable enough if not overwhelming. I would like to shout out the front desk employee at the other comfort inn & suites in Rapid City who immediately realized what had happened and directed us to this location
