Für den Preis und für das was wir wollten, war es absolut in Ordnung.

Das Personal war außerordentlich hilfsbereit und sehr, sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war zweckgerecht.

Cons:

Das Fenster im Zimmer war kaputtginge ließ sich nur anlehnen, aber nicht richtig schließen. Der Teppich war sehr, sehr oll und das Frühstück war außerordentlich schlecht. Kaum Auswahl, keine Brötchen, nur Weißbrot und kleine Croissants. Der Kaffe hat nicht geschmeckt.

Lokazlizacja i śniadanie sprawiło że city break będzie dobrze zapamiętany

Zlokalizowany zaraz przy rzece ale równocześnie przejście przez pasy dzieli hotel od ścisłego centrum starego miasta. Cena jest adekwatna do standardów, śniadanie smaczne. Z okna widok na wzgórze i zamek.

Cons:

Dostaliśmy pokój nr 51, przy samych drzwiach wyjściowych z holu z pokojami. W poniedziałek rano 7:00 obudził nas hałas wyciąganych wózków z praniem na ulicę.

A nice stay in a central and historical building

Location was very central, room was super clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was very good.

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement idéal de l’hôtel, la literie est bonne, et le personnel est agréable, souriant et disponible.

Cons:

Hôtel très bruyant depuis les chambres donnant sur la route dû au simple vitrage dans les chambres, l’hôtel a besoin d’un petit coup de rafraîchissement. La salle du petit déjeuner est trop petite, ce qui engendre de l’attente pour y accéder.

Good location, nice room but very poor breakfast and unfriendly breakfast staff.
Pros:

I liked the authenticity of the building we were in and the size of the bedroom. The staff were helpful and mostly friendly especially the reception staff.

Cons:

The breakfast was very disappointing - to the point where if we had stayed longer we wouldn’t have gone to breakfast but had it elsewhere. Unappetising scrambled eggs, no bacon second day, cold baked beans and the staff were rather miserable too with few smiles and welcome. The tables weren’t cleared quickly so customers were having to eat surrounded by detritus of previous customers. Not a good experience at all. We definitely wouldn’t have the breakfast if we ever rebooked.
Also we didn’t have any tea making facilities in our bedroom although managed to get a kettle from reception and use our own tea bags. The soap hadn’t been replenished in our bedroom. Our bin was emptied but the room wasn’t tidied nor the bed made. We were unable to get any snacks in the evening when we first arrived so my husband went out to find something but all the shops had closed.
