Decent accomodation but unsafe

They have a small private parking space they do mot advertise. The hotel is close to railway station which brings up the issue of robbery. Half an hour after check in our car have bern broken in. It was pure luck my husband was looking through the window and noticed a man opened the car door and trying to enter the back of the car . The hotel staff has not responded to our complaint about parking issue and after my husband insisted they provide a safe parking they gad told us about a garage adjacent to hotel which we were happy to pay for.

Good location and reasonable value for money.
Pros:

The location was good. There is lovely artwork through the hotel and the foyer and outdoor area are lovely. The breakfast was good except for the raw hard boiled eggs you need to cook yourself. Only issue is there are no instructions regarding how long to cook them in the water bath provided. After many minutes ? 10, my egg was still raw and by the the time it had partially cooked, I was well and truly finished with the remainder of my breakfast.

Cons:

The room was clean but cosy and there were no tea or coffee making facilities. I asked for a kettle and some cups and was given plastic cups.

Bis auf die Zimmerausstattung (in die Jahre gekommen) alles perfekt.
Pros:

Lobby und Frühstücksbereich sehr, sehr nett und geschmackvoll

Cons:

Zimmer/ Dusche schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Würde ein Refresh vertragen. Aber trotzdem sauber … das ist das Wichtigste.
