Situación.
Muy céntrico.

Cons:

Necesita mejorar el mobiliario.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y hacia muchísimo calor en la habitación.

Good location, helpful and friendly staff, very good accommodation
Pros:

The ease of booking and checking in/out as well as the staff and service in the hotel. It was as the hotel is called, in the centre of the city and a stones throw away from the city centre.

Cons:

There isnt much bad with the property, however, the window shutters and the window itself was abit awkward to operate and close. We did end up getting room service a day before checking out and it was abit of a shock and personally I thought that wasnt a nice thing as it was not stated clearly that it would happen.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal para recorrer Florencia caminando, al lado del hotel hay un pequeño supermercado abierto hasta tarde y si bien la zona es muy transitada, de noche se puede descansar bien. El hotel cuenta con un pequeño comedor que pueden usar todos los huéspedes a toda hora, lo cual es muy útil. Además nos permitieron dejar nuestras valijas unas horas en el hotel luego de dejar la habitación. Lo único que deben tener en cuenta antes de reservar, como se aclara en la publicación, es que no hay recepción 24 hs. Y que el hotel en realidad son solo dos pisos dentro de un edificio mas grande, al ingresar solo hay un pasillo y un ascensor. Es una buena opción para una estadía corta en la ciudad.

Only the location worth it.
Pros:

Good location. The room has a good size, but the bathroom was really small. We did a self check in because we arrived late, was very smooth. The next day we had to wait for someone to give the room key and do the check out. No one at the reception for long time.

Cons:

The bathroom was small, no amenities, only small envelopes of soap. Very basic.

Ubiera sido genial si no fuera por el internet.
Pros:

Todo estaba bien, la ubicación, limpio, cómodo, tal cual como la foto.

Cons:

Lo único fue el tema wi fi … colocamos la clave delante del personal en el piso y nosotros estábamos en el piso 2 y el internet no llegaba a conectar … le informé al personal por mensaje y me respondieron que era mi celular y el de mi compañero … nunca tuvimos internet en el segundo piso habitación 210 fue lo único malo.

Outstanding convenient cost-effective and comfortable option in Firenze!
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect: just 10 minutes from the main train station, on the same street as Firenze's top attractions, with excellent restaurants in the same block, all away from tourist traps. Being only a 3-minute walk from the Central Market is extremely convenient for enjoying a fresh, delicious breakfast each morning.
We traveled as a group of four and stayed in Room 201, which suited us perfectly. It features three beds: one king-sized and two for the kids. The room is spacious, spotless, brand-new, and extremely comfortable for four. The mattresses are of high quality, and the shower and bath are modern and excellent.
The hotel is a true gem. Its exterior conceals its contemporary, well-maintained interior. A small but highly efficient elevator transports guests to the reception on the first floor and to our room on the second floor.
The staff responded promptly and effectively via Booking chat.
We will definitely stay here again if we return to Firenze.
