C’è molto di meglio!!!!

La posizione centrale ed il supermercato accanto aperto fino alle 23:00

Faccio una doverosa premessa: anch’io gestisco una struttura ricettiva a Roma e, proprio per rispetto e solidarietà verso chi svolge questo lavoro, mai mi sognerei di mettere in difficoltà un collega senza un motivo valido. In questo caso, però, ritengo corretto raccontare la mia esperienza.

La struttura si è rivelata molto diversa da come appariva nelle foto: ambienti angusti, illuminazione particolarmente soffusa, evidente mancanza di manutenzione e pulizia. Allego alcune fotografie che parlano da sole e mi fermo qui, perché purtroppo il problema principale non è stato questo.

L’accoglienza è stata frettolosa e poco professionale. Appena arrivati, senza neppure un saluto o una minima presentazione della struttura, ci sono stati richiesti immediatamente i documenti. Ci sono state consegnate le chiavi con spiegazioni sommarie e l’host è andato via nel giro di pochi minuti.

La camera presentava diverse criticità: bagno praticamente privo di superfici d’appoggio, persiane vecchie e malridotte, finestre difficili da aprire e una privacy pressoché inesistente, dato che l’edificio di fronte era a distanza ravvicinata.

Viaggiavamo con il nostro chihuahua di 1,3 kg, un cane estremamente piccolo e tranquillo, che abbiamo portato con noi per tutta la giornata. Solo verso le 18:30 sono stata costretta a lasciarlo in camera per circa un’ora, perché mio marito doveva sottoporsi a una visita ospedaliera importante e non avevo altra possibilità.

Dopo circa un’ora ho ricevuto una telefonata dal proprietario, palesemente infastidito, che mi comunicava che il cane stava abbaiando. Gli ho spiegato che mi trovavo in ospedale per una visita medica e che sarei rientrata appena possibile. La risposta ricevuta è stata che eventuali danni arrecati alla quiete della struttura mi sarebbero stati addebitati e che, se sapevo che il cane avrebbe potuto abbaiare, avrei dovuto evitare di portarlo con me.

Bom custo beneficio, boa localizaçao
Pros:

Localizaçao, quarto grande e reformado com muito bom gosto. Nao tem nenhum serviço, nem agua no frigobar para comprar. Parece acomodaçao, vc recebe as chaves e faz tudo sozinho

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó no era como en las fotos. Los pasillos y recepción muy lindas pero la habitación no. Mal aseo de esta, muros sucios con muchos mosquitos aplastados, la pieza húmeda, faltaban focos de luz en el baño. Quisimos usar el aire acondicionado y la respuesta fue que solo se usaba a partir de junio. Los muros de habitación y baño descuidados, con partes rotas.
